I ordered collagen cream and cellulite cream the smell is lovely and has left my skin softer

I ordered the gel and when it arrived the top was off. I'd managed to place it on and use it once or twice but then it gave up so I emailed customer service and they said they'd send a replacement one out straight away. When it arrived they'd sent the entire product out instead of just the pump. This is exceptional customer service.
The gel on the occasions that I'd used it was very warming and did ease my aches and pains.

Had a bit of trouble with my back there so I seen this cream and decided to try it totally amazing great sensation too feeling of warmth then cooling so after about a week pain is gone originally bought the 100gram tube then went bought 300 grams.bit quick i think coz still got plenty left of 100grams .but good to have definitely recommend this cream

Placed order, still not arrived and no answer to any of my numerous emails. Won't use ever again.
12/05- in response to reply from 5kind. Item was ordered on the 1st Feb, received shipping email on the 3rd Feb. Emails sent to you on the 6th, 8th and 9th Feb asking where item was. No reply from yourselves. On the 10th Feb I then asked PayPal to step in to refund me. Then you emailed me as soon as PayPal got involved.

We love the product but my last order went wrong. The courrier prentented to have delivered by taking a picture of our mailbox despite someone was home and the item woudln't fit in the mailbox anyway. I have sent 2 emails to the 5Kind support and no answer at all, while in the meantime they are chaising me to ask how I liked the delivery

5kind hemp cream s wonderful having suffered with severe osteoarthritis in neck shoulder and back in agony gor over 4 months I tinuly every day after using 5kind once the relief was unbelievable no pain I have continued using the cream o a daily basis and what a great difference it has made to my daily living amazing cream worked extremely wr for me.

I have knee & hip pain. This cream works in a couple of minutes after applying it. You don't need a lot & it lasts ages.
No painkiller medication needed.

5kind keep sending me the hemp cream each month which I did not agree.i feel that it is theft from my bank account

Have purchased several 300ml hemp cream and Extra Strong Hemp Cream 500ml High Strength over a couple of years. It is a life changer and is a miracle worker. I have a back injury and arthritis and this works a treat. My partner has fibromyalgia and it worked for her too. I cannot rate 5kind and their products high enough.

After an initial purchase of the satisfactory extra strong hemp cream in May, 5 kind simply repeated the order the following month and took money from my account and totally ignore my emails in response to their dishonest action

I have a fused ankle bone with severe osteoarthritis. The extra strong gel has been an absolute game changer recently. It’s the only thing I’ve tried that comes close to strong opiates a steroid injections. I’ve been using this for muscle soreness, and it really works! Absorbs fast, no greasy feel, and gives quick relief. Love that it’s natural and has a mild scent. Perfect for easing aches after workouts. Highly recommend!

5Kind Arnica Cream Good Product

This is a good product and does what it says. It’s always a bit subjective how quickly a bruise will heal but this made a difference. It applies well and smells nice.
