Worst customer service ever! Ordered a jacket in March. Website says 2-3 days for delivery... only going from SoCal to NoCal. Confirmation email says 4 days...ok. Tracking package stalls in Oakland. 1week after the confirmation delivery date I email 686 and get no reply. I get better service from USPS. USPS provides all data I need and returns my calls. Finally call 686. They take my email address and say they will get back to me. Nope... they didn’t. 2 weeks later and a few days after I know the USPS cancelled the package and presumably paid the insurance to 686 I still hear nothing from 686. Email 686 and get a notice that my order was cancelled. They sat on my money for 1 month and then basically told me to pound sand. Sadly I have more respect for the USPS than 686 after this...

Wish they had a more a bit more detailed fitment guide on here . New snowcoat looks great , a little extra slack on my back or belly otherwise . Great snow coat and will continue to go 686. Only need one every 6 years or so !!!

Love the pants! My only complaint is they don’t have different size inseams. I always have to get them hemmed. Rather annoying.

My packages said they were delivered but never were. After one email 686 responded within the same day and shipped out the order again! Great customer service thanks guys!

Tried a 686 baclava that my friend had and I loved it so I had to buy myself one. It’s so soft and smooth and although it looks thin it keeps me dry and warmer than other brands that I have used as well as it doesn’t sag in the chin area.

Weird material and weird sizing. I need to exchange and haven’t heard back from the company. I’m getting ready to dispute my credit card charges.
