Good rings, stressful delays
The rings are beautiful but the date to collect the rings has been delayed multiple times. Once a confirmed appointment as well has been canceled by them, very short note, because the attendant of the Berlin 77 Diamonds show room became sick and apparently there is no other single person in the capital of Germany who could hand the rings to us but that one and only attendant. Since we were not living in Berlin, we had to cancel all tickets and travel arrangement because of this and we were not very happy.
Just check google reviews and you will read about more cases like this. If you order from them, calculate potential delays.

The consultation and customer support was great. I bought stones I and they are fantastic, in the dark rooms I feel that they are a bit yellow toned, but still amazing.
