great experience from start to finish! ashley (glasgow) was brilliant and made everything feel so lovely!

I visited the showroom in Glasgow and a young lady called Ashley was the expert. I would just like to say thank you to Ashley she made my visit a amazing treat. Ashley must the most bubbly, positive attitude. Her knowledge is second to none. I dont like one to one's but Ashley made me feel calm, and was so patient and respectful when i was looking through everything.
77 Diamonds make sure you keep Ashley she was absolutely amazing to me.

Your lady assistant mentioned in other reviews condescending attitude made the experience extremely uncomfortable, and I felt compelled to leave sooner than I had intended. Some of her comments came across as inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I left feeling regretful about my purchase because of the way I was treated.

What should have been a special occasion for me was overshadowed by this interaction. I had originally planned to make additional purchases, but after this experience, I would not consider returning to 77 Diamonds.

She was very rude on this day and no one deserved to have their special occasion ruined the way she did to me.

Update: 77diamonds made every attempt to have my review deleted/ removed. I provided proof of purchase to Trustpilot to prove I am a genuine buyer, and my review was reinstated.

Ashley was great from start to finish. Went through all our options. Kept us upto date with the process and when it was time to pick up

Ashleigh at 77 Diamonds in Glasgow was so helpful, professional and knowledgable when picking out my recent eternity ring. Ashleigh arranged a wide range of rings to be available for me try on, making the whole experience very enjoyable.

Ashleigh was so prompt with all communications and nothing was ever any trouble.
