Seen some of ur reviews terrible to be honest and multiple complaints about lack of communication and refunds AI refund system is a shambles. Sent back recorded del wrong size trainers only to be refunded after 10 to 14 days and ualso taken nearly 4 pounds postage why as it cost me 11 pounds recorded del so now I'm down 15 pounds and 14 day wait on refund,total descraceful behaviour scam company do not buy anything from these grubby parasites I paid u in full not 10 to 14 day wait so honour my refund and I did order right sizes no possible wa I ordered 5.5.could u derstand if it was size 9 or 11 as I'm a 10 ur really unfit for business

⁹Paid extra for next working day, parcel arrived one working day late,DPD DID NOT GET PARCEL on time , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DETAILS,AVOID THIS AI MANAGED COMPANY got an angry response from 80,s but I Now have contact details, I will try and speak with a human to resolve the matter, tried several times number engaged,will not shop with thus AI Dominant company

I live in France and ordered a Gabicci polo, the sizing was extremely accurate, the ordering and the tracking were brilliant.
The polo exceeded my expectations, great quality, well made and a perfect fit.
I will be ordering more from 80's Casual Classics, very impressed!

Ordered a Fila vintage t shirt cheap as chips in the sale to see what the company was like to buy from. Excellent comminication, rapid delivery, well packed. The Fila t shirt is excellent quality at a really good price. Will definetly be ordering some clobber going forward. Impressed.

You cannot talk to anyone have returned an item through Klarna but cannot get any joy from 80s Casual.
On my Account its still saying 3 items are on there way and i have had them weeks.
Terrible Customer Service really lets this company down.

I’ve been ordering from here for a couple of years now, and I honestly don’t understand the recent negative reviews. The customer service and communication from Bradley have always been excellent.
On two separate occasions, I needed to return part of my order, and it was never a problem. They responded promptly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even provided a prepaid returns label.
The products are excellent, and the customer service is even better. This is my number one go-to store for retro clothing and trainers. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered and paid comfirmed order on way then recieved email saying no stock so issued a payment refund they need to have a more up to date system so not in stock shown on site so as to not waste my time.would steere clear plenty of other sites to use.

Purchases are no problem but fir first time I've had to return an item 4 days after return received and not even processed or acknowledged, bot very good customer servuce to be honest

Dreadful operation . Paid for next day delivery but item did not appear, mailed the company 3 times for assistance but received no response . Handing issue over to my banks fraud team now. The only aspect for recommending this company I would promote would be to stay well clear .

What a great company. Reliable, communicative, professional, good quality, and fast. The Belgian customs authorities made me pay import charges, and these were refunded without any discussion by 80’s Casual Classics.

Product as described, quick delivery. However, and this is my fault, read the returns conditions before ordering - having them delivered and then returning the trainers I purchased (as didn't like them when on) cost nearly a quarter of the value of the trainers - needs a tracked return which is understandable but at size and value there isn't a cheap option. Not blaming 80s Casual Classics and would use company again, but just need to be very sure it was the right product first.

I had an issue with my order, as I ordered I had the wrong size trainers in the right size box. Minor issue. I messaged and said I’m due to go on holiday in two days and wanted the pair to take with me, I got my receipt for sending the wrong size back and within 24 hours I had a reply of them and it was out for delivery for me. I received the order next day delivery. Couldn’t be more thankful for how quick they replied and for it to be delivered. Brilliant customer service from Bradley. And the trainers are spot on. Thankyou again

Initially my order was lost by the postal service, however upon my enquiry, a replacement was posted and this arrived with 24 hours of the query. Great service from Harry as well as Adam.

Just lately, the quality and service has gone downhill. I've just bought a couple of Sergio tacchini Orion T shirts. After being told to size up because they were slim fit, I had to return because it was hanging off me. The girl I spoke to was wrong and they weren't slim fit or even advertised as slim fit. The two replacement t shirts both had marks on but I panicked and immediately ran them through the wash because I go on holiday the next day. The sky blue t shirt looks now like it's been bleached but it's not dry yet so I'll wait and see. Never again. Cheap and nasty. As for your reply, try reading my review instead of a standard response. Your staff have no more of an idea on sizing than I do. Measure them yourself. They're incorrect along with the ptp measurements.

Terrible delivery company DPD they’ve been lying to me for the last two days saying that they’ve tried to deliver my parcel, even though I’ve been standing out side my front door waiting for them they have a genetic photo outside the block of flats that Driver sent to each other so they don’t have to deliver even though I’ve paid for a 24 hour delivery service. I would not be using this company again why they’re using this terrible delivery company who are a bunch of liars.

Top drawer! Had a couple of items now, swift delivery and great products. Nice to get the gear my parents couldn't afford as a teen in the 80's
