Excellent company. Product and service always second to none. I have been a customer for many (Based in England) many years spending over 1million US with them and I don't think I have returnd a single item. orders always packed abd presented very well and there products are among our best selling lines.

We have been in business for 30 years, serving repeat clients from 35 countries.
Mr. Younes Loukraty placed three orders with our company, all of which have been delivered as promised.
The second order was valued US$1,527.96 and Mr. Younes Loukraty returned most of it for a full refund. The refund was issued and Mr. Younes Loukraty used it to purchase a 3rd order. Which was delivered as promised.
Mr. Younes Loukraty never made any requests that weren't fulfilled, nor made any complains.
While everyone have to right to say whatever they like, using the term "SCAM" to describe Younes Loukraty experience, or to describe our services or our company is false, misleading and unacceptable.
We flagged this review and we are now waiting for TrustPilot.com team to decide if they think using the term "SCAM" is suitable in this situation.
Further more:
1. True! Some of our Sterling Silver jewelry are too delicate to hallmark with "925" - we clearly state the lack of the hallmark at the product's ordering page, Mr. Younes Loukraty might have missed the detail, and we will work to improve the visibility of this information.
2. It is natural for Sterling Silver to oxidize (change color) when coming in contact with Oxygen (air). However, most of the items ordered by Mr. Younes Loukraty were plated with Rhodium or other anti tarnish materials, indicating possible lack of professional care during storage or transport of the products on the client's end.

I ordered several items as a test. Most of the earrings were so thin and cheap looking. Everything that is a hoop hardly stays on your ears. I was disappointed and will never order from them again. I did get a few nice items but that wasn't worth the money I spent.

My order from a month ago still hasn't arrived and customer service takes weeks to answer your question and isn't being helpful.
I have done business with 925e for over 24 years. There jewelry is excellent quality and the customer service has always been outstanding.
I'm a UK trade buyer, I import silver and I've done 8 orders with 925e.com so far, valued between 400 and 1200 usd. Customer communications and updates are good. The team are always helpful and professional and goods are sent quickly once the order has been confirmed per their process.
The goods arrive by FedEx packed in a metal tin, in very well organised poly bags with further bubble and polythene packaging. Out of all the goods sent, I've only had to contact them about four individual items which they promptly credited with my agreement.
I feel a little sad for this company to see that they have a few fake bad reviews. My experience is that they do a very good job, they have a great product range that is updated often and incredibly priced, and the quality is excellent.
I have ordered several times and have been pleased every time. The quality is good and the service is very professional.
I had ordered some items and the 2/3 items they did not have and I never received the refund and because of that, I never purchased from them again, so they have lost a good customer... just a piece of advice to 925e, com that your business strategy is WRONG.. you do not get customers that way..instead if you have good products and competitive price then customers will come to you..do not need to hold their money so they will purchase from you..not my type of customers..
I have ordered jewelry from this company on several occasions and it is not a scam. They are very professional.
No idea why there isn't more good reviews, great company, great prices, great jewellery!
