The driver kept me updated on where he was and when he would arrive at the house to pick up the car. Loaded it carefully and safely! Advised me when it would be delivered about 3 hours prior which was perfect! Car arrived in perfect condition and I’m very appreciative of the care to my dad’s 66 VW bug that I inherited! Thank you so much!

This was a great experience they picked up my dads car the day after I called - from Florida and they brought it up to me in New York within three days - they had also brought it down to Florida for me and everybody along the way was really nice, really great communication and everything went fabulously! I cannot recommend them enough! Price was good, car was cared for instructions were clear.

This company is very good. They completed my service as requested. They also let you pay fully online with credit card, when looking for auto transport a lot of places wanted some amount in cash which did not fit my need. Their customer service is very good. They contract their services and when I requested, they were able to get me a new driver right away,

the one star is probably to much. I emailed for a quote, I thought that they were based in my state, there not. I found a local transport hauler. They won't quit calling, most of the time I can't understand them because of the accent. this place sounds like a scam!

Are you guys serious with the calls and the unsolicited messages all hours of the day and night??? I wanted ONE quote .. I didn’t want to be harassed. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER …

Please do not sign a contract with A-1 auto transport. Ginger promised me a driver in 2-3 business days. After that told me I'd have a driver that day or the next. Never happened but took $295 off my credit card !

Scammers! DO NOT BOOK.

They have a website and person answering phone and texting from the number that is on the website BUT only till they get your etransfer and then they ghost you . They will email you contracts and everything. I am a trucker myself and still got scammed and lost my etransfer.
The company that accepted the eransfer is a BC based company.
I am filling an official complaint for cyber crime and fraud so they don’t do this to someone else.
Please be aware.

This company is a complete ripoff, they took my $2200 and never picked up my vehicle, and after countless calls, we never got our money back.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY and do not just trust your valuable car to just anyone - Do your research. The first question you should ask is : "Are you a broker ?" This means that they hire out third parties to transport your vehicle. When I called and asked, " Are you a broker ?", they promptly hung up the phone on me. I called back on the same number and they did not pick up. While I was on hold for five whole minutes ( and being ignored) on my private phone, I simultaneously called them on my business phone ; the call was answered promptly,(meanwhile my other phone was STILL on hold!) and, this time, when I posed the question: "Are you a broker?" ,there was a woman in the background screaming to the woman on the phone, "WHO are you talking to?, WHO are you talking to ?!!! " ( The background noises sounded like these two women were in a house, not a
physical business.) This time the woman on the phone emphatically replied: "EVERYBODY is a broker, EVERYBODY is a broker !" Fortunately, I had been warned by a gentleman with another company to " beware of brokers and bait and switch tactics, where companies quote you one rate up front and then demand more to give you your car back. This first company that I spoke to does all of their business in- house ,and is not a broker. He also explained to beware of companies wanting full pay up front, and don't trust it, if the price seems too good to be true. I'd rather pay more , than buy a nightmare experience for a cheap price with a bait and switch tactic ( as my car is being held hostage) as the frosting on the cake. After the representative ( from another company) warned me what to look out for, I checked reviews from a couple of companies, and read experiences confirming that what he said was true. Look up reviews and also look up companies on the Better Business Bureau. Also, ( and it's quite entertaining), when the company answers the phone immediately ask: " Do you do all of your business in-house, or are you a broker ?" DO NOT USE A1 AUTO TRANSPORT.... SCAM...SCAM...SCAM !!!

Do not trust them at all, they are a disaster and complete scammers

Charge me 6 weeks ago $1365 to bring my car from Winnipeg to Toronto and never happened!😡😡😡
Today I have to payed $1029 storage fee to IAA action!
A1 driver called me just now I have to send for him extra $1000 to pickup the car because not running😡😡😡
I told him,no way!!!
Now I have to ask other company to bring my car here!!!
Don’t ever think about to used the scammers!!!!

I phoned to find out about shipping between Ukraine or Moldova to the USA and the person was very rude and hung up before I could find out more.

Scam, got a quote then 30 calls from scams haulers, they sell your info, do be fooled by the fake reviews. how they are in biz i have no idea...........

They transported my vehicle without any scratches and on time.

like everyone else has been saying. its a scam site that immediately gives your info to scumy businesses.
