Brilliant company, would highly recommend. Royal Mail bent my first delivery but Sam at A4labels sent a new batch immediately which arrived the next day.

I paid for next day delivery but did not get it. If next day is not always possible we should be told. I did get a refund but that is not the point. A refund was not offered, I had to ring to complain.

Hi Judith, we sent these out on a next working day service exactly as you paid for, unfortunately we have absolutely no control over courier problems which sadly happened on this occasion. It can happen at any time, even more so at this time of the year when their services are stretched to the limit, any online company can experience the exact same issue. We processed the refund within minutes of your original phone call, but unless we're told about problems how would we know to check.

Great product, brillliant customer service
I have ordered from A4 Labels many times and it's always been a seamless experience and the labels are great quality.
Today I found I had to enquire, using the online chat, about some labels that hadn't arrived in over a week (they normally arrive really quickly, actually turns out the problem was postal service).
Not only was I talking to a real person on the chat, rather than a bot that never actually manages to answer your question, but the customer service was brilliant. I actually had someone to chat to who wanted to help, which seems to be surprisingly unusual in many other businesses.
First rate customer service, thank you!

Labels are good but setting them up to print without crossing from one to the next is beyond me!
