Their price and product is excellent. But on two separate occasions I made a purchase and they never told me they were out of stock. I contacted them each time when their delivery was late and that’s when I found out they were out of stock. I had to reorder from another supplier which put my customer in a back order situation. My customers come first with me.

Aaron Packaging has always been very helpful, and it's easy to find. Being a very small business, I only wish I didn't have to make a $50.00 purchase to get free handling, especially when I am picking it up in person.

I really love the products I have purchased from Aarons. The only complaint I have is their small order charge. I am just trying to get a business started and I feel it is unfair to charge the little guy extra because he has smaller orders. If I were in their place, it would be the little guy who got the break. I guess they have forgotten that they had to start out at one time.

Helpful and friendly. Great company helped me load jars 10 minutes before closing. Jars are holding up great.

These guys have been very helpful for placing orders, and with their phone sales people. One time there was an issue with a SKU that I ordered, and they immediately send a partial replacement, which was great of them to do. I've ordered sifter cap closures from them.

Timely delivery and great customer service after order snafu.
