Bathroom carpet was delivered promptly but we were disappointed with the quality of the product. Inferior to that previously purchased from the same company.

I found this carpet online and it seemed to be the only one that came in width of 2 metres. Perfect for what we need. Thank you - very impressed.

Since most people now prefer not to have carpet in the bathroom I found it difficult to get it locally and particularly the shade hence going on the internet. I have now had this carpet fitted and I am very pleased with it. It has given enhancement to an old bathroom. I was very glad you were able to help. Many thanks.

Found the item I needed easily on website, promptly dispatched and delivered, and exactly to specification.

I ordered a rug over a week ago and requested a Thursday or Friday delivery. I received confirmation that it would be despatched on Wednesday. It wasn't it was despatched on Thursday. I emailed on multiple occasions to check that it was being delivered today and received confirmation that it was out for delivery and would arrive any time between 8am and 6pm. After waiting until 3pm I checked the consignment number myself to find out it was not being delivered until Monday (a day that I am at work all day). After ringing the shop and the delivery company I found out that the delivery company had been given an incorrect postcode, I supplied them with the correct one! I was told by Abbey Carpets that the rug company, Flair Rugs had given the wrong postcode. Now I don't know whose fault it was but it wasn't mine and I still don't have my rug so at the moment I'm not overly impressed. The man on the phone at Abbey Carpets did all he could to find out what had gone wrong and was very polite but I can only go by my experience so far and if the order was despatched on Wednesday as I was promised then even with this mistake I still would have received my rug today, in time for me to buy paint to match and decorate this weekend.

Quick delivery, reasonable price and good quality. Only drawback message saying site insecure came up when trying to make payment and phoned in order instead.

Ordered on-line in the run-up to Christmas, phoned after ordering and received a helpful "it has been despatched & here is the tracking number"

This is the second time I've used Abbey Carpets to buy carpet. I was happy with both purchases. I found them with an internet search. The website is well designed; the range of stock is excellent; the prices are competitive; delivery is speedy; and service is very good. The first time I requested and was sent a free sample by post, which was very useful. (The second purchase was of the same material). On the second occasion Abbey were having problems with their courier service who had put a limit on the size of carpet they were ready to deliver. This meant that my second order had to be made into two lots (delivered at the same time), but this was not in the event a problem.

next day delivery turned in to 2 stage delivery over 2 days but that was probably couriers fault. products excellent and priced great.
