Richard Duncan, our advisor has taken our portfolio over, reviewed it, recommended adjustments, taken our current and long term risk profile into account and implemented our agreed changes smoothly and successfully.
We have regular quarterly catchups which last as long as we want them too. The catchups themselves are done by a phone call at agreed date/time to suit ourselves regardless of where we are in the world.
Richard makes us feel comfortable with our long term goals and never pushes any products which may be more suitable for himself/abbey wealth over our own goals.
I would highly recommend his experiance and knowledge in global markets to build your global portfolio if this is what you are looking to achieve.

I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Abbey Wealth since 2019. I really value the professional and personalised service they provide. When my husband and I retired we knew exactly what we wanted to achieve in our retirement and we were delighted to find this company for they and their advisors take the time to find out what their customers’ hopes and needs are. Our advisor, Matthew Turner, has guided us every step of the way giving us advice which has enabled us to fulfil our dreams despite the constraints of the recent pandemic. Indeed his guidance enabled us to steer through those difficult Covid times with positive outcomes and it was always given to us with sensitivity and warmth. This really is a company with a smile and I recommend it without hesitation.

I've been with Abbey Wealth for four years now and have always been impressed and completely satisfied with the professional, friendly and competent manner of the advisors I've spoken to, namely Craig Allanson and now Robert Moore and equally with their assistants. I chose Abbey Wealth as a result of my own research, but with no other recommendations, so I'm very happy to say, that I feel that my finances are in good hands. There are regular contact calls and valuation updates and there is always an opportunity to talk to them if one feels the need.

I am a strong believer in levelling criticism when it is due but also praise when it is deserved. My opinion of Abbey Wealth advice & performance in the past has been poor but since Matthew Turner came on the scene approximately twelve months ago both have taken a massive upturn. Following a lengthy discussion I completed a new risk assessment and followed his advice regarding changes to the fund. I have found the quarterly reviews with Matthew to be inciteful, much more focused and productive. I just hope for Abbey Wealth´s sake that he remains in post for a decent length of time.

Richard Duncan took over our portfolio earlier this year and has turned it around dramatically. Whilst Richard is very technical in his approach and research, he is very personable and engaging in his delivery. His strategies, and he has quite a few, are tailored to suit the individual needs of the client. In our opinion, he is very much an advisor who can deliver "what it says on the tin".

The recent service I have received from Abbey Wealth has been extremely poor. Firstly, they promise to do admin type things an then do not carry them out - repeatedly. Then they have unilaterally decided to provide "services" that I have not asked for, do not want, and which are totally spurious. For this increased "service", which mostly consists of providing reams of charts, tables and other automatically generated buff, they are going to charge fees of 0.5 % of my portfolio. All this done without my authorisation or approval and sneaked through on the QT.
To say that I am appalled would be an understatement.

I tried a couple of wealth management companies before Abbey. I was disappointed with them as they didn’t live up to their word. I was then recommended to Abbey and I am not dissatisfied.

Having retired in France 6 years ago and trying to find good financial advice in English was a difficult task until I met Ben Noifeld from Abbey Wealth. I had been with 2 other providers before signing up with Abbey Wealth and what I really liked about AW was not only were their fees transparent but also one of the most competitive in the French market. They have successfully managed my portfolio through a difficult time over the past 2 years with COVID and have exceeded my expectations with the performance of my portfolio to date - Oct 21. Their service is very personalised, efficient and on point. Abbey Wealth also provides regular (weekly updates) on market developments as well as informative webinars with leading investment gurus.

Delighted with the service I am receiving from Abbey Wealth, especially my advisor Ben Noifeld and his associate Remy Hart. They organize regular reviews and are always available to answer any questions I have or contact me with update news on my investments.

The advice given by AW’s consultant, though accurate, did not provide us with the best investment opportunities for our pensions and cash. Our priority was to invest the cash from our house sale instead they advised us to move our pensions from the U.K. to a QROPS with large management fees for no gain on our part. They completely failed to include any recommendation for the cash from our house sale.

I am very satisfied with the regular contact with Matthew Turner, my international FA. He advises and informs me and listens to my questions, responding with relevant and comprehensible answers.

My husband died and I didn't know what to do with the money he had invested but it took time with all the necessary documentation to prove I was his next of kin - he didn't leave a Will and as we live in Turkey which has different rules regarding that, plus the pension was in Malta so it took time to get the proof needed! Christian Holbrook, who had spoken to my husband for many years and knew about our life here in Turkey, that we had built a yoga/meditation/healing retreat, was caring, sympathetic and very helpful. Initially I took the money without asking for his advice but then decided I should! Christian spent hours talking to me about the various options and advising me about the cash I had available (an inheritance from my mum that I'd converted to lira at 7.3 and now the rate is almost 12), helping me to calculate the amount of money I need to live on. He also advised me about a small pension of my own that I could cash in/get a monthly sum. I invested as he recommended for which I am very grateful as the return so far is excellent, beyond expectations which is much needed in these Covid times when our UK yoga groups have been unable to come to Turkey for two seasons now meaning no other income for me. I have added a small amount to the investment rather than leave it in the bank earning nothing. Can't praise Abbey Wealth and Christian in particular enough.

I was completely naive about "Wealth Management"- I have never been wealthy, but when I sold a house for 50k, I knew I didn't want to just leave it in a bankand get 0% interest + bank charges!!
I first spoke to Robert about 6 months ago- I have not been pressured at all to invest with Abbey Wealth- in fact , it has been the complete opposite!
My husband and I have had many long conversations with Robert; questionnaires to complete etc.
Robert has explained the comparative risks of different investments and I feel we have been listened to- but he has encouraged caution, and he is still at the end of a phone if I have any concerns
