Very impressed
The company was very good from beginning to end, while the look of the completed work (new oak bannister and spindles) exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout and the installers were extremely efficient and polite.

february 2025.
from 1st contact with abbot and wade in january regarding information on staircases then ray the sales man who went through all the choices to max the surveyor who both visited us at home to the 2 young men who arrived to the date given micheal and paddi our Fitters.
everything went to plan fitted over 3 days as planned
our new oak and glass staircase was finished
they completed every detail to ensure it was perfect
tidying up and leaving our home as they found it.
could not have asked for better they both worked very hard and remained helpful at all times.
everyone has been so professional througout.
we are so pleased and would highly recommend
this company abbot and wade.

From design to installation, our experience with Abbott-Wade Staircases was first class! Everyone who visited us was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in the execution of their work. Communication with the company at all levels, was excellent.

No hard sell. Designed a staircase which appealed to us. Fit date met. Two wonderful well mannered fitters ( Ellis and John) arrived on time and importantly new what they were doing and in two days job completed. Thank you to call concerned.
