Really bad experience with this company
I have a really bad experience with company. I called to cancel my merchant service, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee, but luckily I saved all my paperwork so I could prove that I made sure there's no locked-in contract written down. They couldn't say anything about that. Then, per their request, I return all the device back them (I made sure I have a tracking number so that they can't say they didn't receive it). However, after their email confirmation that the account has been close (again, I made sure that I have all the paper trail), they're still trying to charge me the monthly service fees for another 2 months. The most recent charge was today 09/16/2020. I contacted them so many times, they kept telling reasons after reasons but nothing got done. After writing this review, I will contact my bank to file a fraudulent activity on them, So please avoid doing business with this company!
