Fast delivery. Well packaged and exactly what I needed. I emailed Stephen when I was having a problem with my sewing machine. He replied almost immediately with a few questions and was able to identify the problem and how to resolve it. A few days later the new part I needed arrived and my machine works perfectly

A great company. I bought a sewing machine from them some years ago. Since then they gave carried out the servicing. I live around 40 miles from them and am not able to take the machine to them. Stephen collects, carries out the service and returns the machine to my home. All at a reasonable price. His work is outstanding. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I would recommend that folks book online and then bring the machine in once the team are ready to get it serviced otherwise there could be 3-4 week wait (from experience).

Following my phone description of the problem I was able to arrange to take my sewing machine to the centre and on this occasion it was able to be repaired the same morning. Very helpful as I live a reasonable drive away.

Aberdeen sewing machines were one of the few companies that would supply an old Bernina part I needed. They dispatched it quickly and the packing was good. I cannot fault their service.

Unfortunately they were let down by the Post Office, It was dispatched 1st Class Small Parcel Post and should have taken, at most , 2 days. It actually took 7!

Both people I spoke with were very helpful and Steven even did a facetime with me
