There were many errors in the order until it was finally right, and I had two orders in progress and they kept being mixed up. Overall a frustrating process.

Everyone in this company is great
Everyone in this company is great! They were able to accommodate me for my event deadline and shipped the custom trophy I ordered a day earlier than expected! Not only that, they listened to every small thing I've asked and provided me with mock ups everytime! I am very impressed with this company and this is my 3-4th ordering with them. I will continue to use them and highly recommend their service. Thank you to Nathan of Contact Support and the Art Department for helping me! The trophy looks beautiful and arrived safely with no damages!
