Nick and Jacob were super professional from the start and communicated expectations and timeline clearly. They never missed a single deadline and were ecstatic with the end result. Abstrakt has updated our website, is creating some good inbound traffic as well as created an outbound program that, in less than 2 months, has generated several appointments and one closed recurring contract!! Awesome group to work with.

Our experience with Abstrakt Marketing started off promisingly. The sales process was smooth, and our salesperson, Lauren, was exceptional. However, things took a turn for the worse once the contract was signed. Lauren became unresponsive and stopped replying to our emails.

We were then assigned an account manager who was not only unresponsive but also frequently missed scheduled meetings and came unprepared when they did show up. The expected results from their outgoing efforts were inconsistent with what was initially promised. They constantly tried to redefine their goals.

Despite our repeated requests to cancel, we were forced to continue due to the terms of the contract. Before signing, we were verbally assured that no one would be held in a contract against their will. Yet, when we tried to cancel, we had to pay a "true-up" fee for supposed "discounts" we received.

Escalating our cancelation requests led to a drawn-out process where we had to meet with a Director. The first meeting was a no-show, and the process had to restart with another Director. It took 129 days to finally cancel the contract, costing us dearly without any return on our investment.

During the cancelation process, they attempted to charge us several months' worth of damages as a cancelation fee on top of the "true-up" fee. When I mentioned leaving a negative review, they indicated they didn't care and insisted on the fees.

This was a deeply frustrating experience, causing significant disruption to our business and wasting valuable time and money. I would not recommend Abstrakt Marketing based on my experience.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Abstrakt Marketing Group, a partnership that has truly transformed our marketing efforts. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of our industry and tailored their approach to meet our specific needs.

The onboarding process was seamless. Abstrakt's team took the time to understand our goals, challenges, and target audience. Their thorough analysis and strategic planning were evident in every step they took. We felt confident that we were in good hands from day one.

One of the standout features of Abstrakt is their commitment to communication. Throughout our collaboration, they kept us informed with regular updates, detailed reports, and insights into the performance of our campaigns. This transparency allowed us to make informed decisions and feel actively involved in the process.

This organization defrauded me. First off, I can understand a company taking on a subject and customer, unable to serve it, and explaining it in just that way.

However, that was not the case here. They claimed to be responsive to their mistake and correct it. Monthly they would get us to continue and we would find out they not only didn't target our real market but did not change that target when told to the useless rep and then the just as useless exec. As I canceled from month 3, they kept promising satisfaction and delivered no change, not to the wrong target and not to the right target. I guess that they had no department to do this as their brand kept sinking into bankruptcy (my guess). The company name they foisted off on us was Sapper Consulting. It is out of business now though Abstrakt is their owner having the same poor reviews.

They were dishonest and fraudulent if they were taking money with any service to give to us with the promise that it was coming, while we kept paying.

It seems fair to expect varying degrees of service (good and bad) but on this one, it was an apparent fraud. Especially given that they were out of business after I fired them.

We were incredibly hopeful going into our contract with Abstrakt, but month after month our faith in the company, program, and representatives declined. We had multiple kick-off calls where we were clear about our expectations of the customer type we were wanting. Month after month, we were presented with calls and appointments that not only didn't fall into the target customers we asked for, but they were irrelevant to what we do and we were not being represented accurately when listening back to the recorded calls. The reps were saying we focused on and self-performed scope that we didn't, and we never told Abstrakt that we performed those tasks/scope; they completely misrepresented us by doing so. We even had one of the main representatives hanging up on calls mid conversation, making sound effects while the potential new customer was talking, and, as mentioned, giving incorrect information about what we do (this was noted multiple times when rating the calls, but no change was made). The problems with Abstrakt were also felt by the contacts Abstrakt was calling, as we had several people tell us that they didn't know why they were being contacts, as we had no way to help each other on future jobs, and even that they only accepted the meeting so Abstrakt "would stop harrassing" them.
We expressed our frustration of these things on our monthly calls (as well as one off conversations), and it wasn't until we were 8 months into the program that we finally listened to. Our rep, Justin, acknowledged that our frustrations were understood and valid, as he agreed our targets weren't being gone after as we originally requested. He was suddenly able to come up with a list of potential new customers that we should've had from the start. The biggest issue - even after it was admitted that Abstrakt did not go after the correct targets for 8 straight months, as per our contract, they would not do anything to reimburse for all of the wasted time. The best they would offer is for us to sign another contract and we could get 1 month free. We made it clear to them that we would not extend the contract and give them more money when they couldn't even prove they would stick to our original contract. Throughout those conversations, we did not feel like Justin was professional in his communications, as he contradicted himself multiple times, had zero customer service skills, and ultimately broke our trust in Abstrakt as a whole. We will never work with them again, and we will give any and all of our customers and vendors our honest opinion of their "services".

After some time using the services of Abstrakt Marketing Group I am sorry to say that my experience has been disappointing, to say the least. It is with regret that I am left with no choice but to share my frustrations and offer an honest review that may help future potential clients make an informed decision.

One of my primary concerns revolves around the quality of the leads provided by Abstrakt Marketing Group LLC. Despite their assurances of "high-quality, vetted leads," my team and I were inundated with leads that were largely unresponsive, inaccurately targeted, or worse, completely irrelevant. The amount of time spent chasing these leads and trying to convert them was detrimental to our productivity and morale.

Furthermore, Abstrakt's customer service left a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions, it was challenging to get through to a representative. When we did manage to get through, responses were often vague and non-committal, providing little to no resolution for our issues. This lack of support was not only unprofessional but also caused further frustration.

We had used them for a little over 5 months and had 0 conversions. They might be OK in other areas, however B2B (Commercial) lead generation is not their strength. Every time we called a 'lead' they gave us they said they were not interested in would hang up the phone, it was like they were just making up phone numbers and emails and putting them on a .CSV file and we had to waste $1000's on this list of cold emails and numbers. Since terminating our contract we deep-dived on other review sites and a reddit forum where plenty of other businesses confirm from insider employees this is exactly what they are told to do which is such a shame for people not aware of this tactic. There was an ex-employee stating that one of the Managing Directors would pay up to $25 for a BBB (Better Business Bureau) and Indeed 5 star Reviews which is insane! Not honest reviews at all. If you read all the 1 stars they try and hide you can see everyone talking about their lost funds in detail.

During our 5-7 month campaign nearing the end, we had enough and even went to a physical address one time to see if it was a real 'lead' and the business said they had no clue who we were and told us to leave the premise! So is every client they have just paying money for made up contacts?

Overall, despite the potential benefits that were advertised, the value for money that Abstrakt Marketing Group provided simply did not match up to its promises. The cost was high considering the poor quality of the leads and lack of customer support.

Overall, my experience and review of Abstrakt Marketing Group is a disappointing one. In the competitive space of lead generation, I believe there are better options out there. I would advise any business looking for a reliable lead generation partner to consider alternative services that provide real value for money, better customer service, and most importantly, high-quality, responsive leads.
