It was a pleasure to have Brittney, Emma and especially Bethany handle the legal side of the sale of our holiday home. Bethany kept us up to date regularly as there were a few obstacles to overcome either by telephone and email, always with a friendly and courteous manner. Brittney also friendly and we really felt we were being looked after. From the beginning at the estate agent the girls there were welcoming and friendly, happy to answer any questions we had, to the finish with the solicitors completing the sale. The Stonehaven team were fantastic during the purchase of our new home. We were working to a tight deadline and our advisor Anna Morrison, went above and beyond to meet this. I received great advise throughout the process, with everything explained in a way that I could understand and in the end we managed to save money due to the teams experience and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend AC and will continue to call on their services when required.

I didn’t have the best experience I must admit. It’s a very stressful time moving house. I felt I spoke to numerous different people who clearly did not communicate with each other as I was being asked the same questions repeatedly which didn’t provide great confidence.

I felt I had to chase up a lot to get responses.

The last week when sorting the monies and the equity I was due, this was miscalculated quite badly and I am so glad I challenged it because I was away to lose out on nearly £5k. All because information was not passed and they had not noted payments I had already paid upfront and they treated me as a new mortgage and not a portal one!

Not everyone was bad, the solicitor Laura was very good but it is a shame errors like this let the company down and I was so annoyed after the error with the money! It made me think had I not challenged it, would I have ever got it back? Or how many people haven’t challenged it because they’re not confident enough to!

Aberdein Considine helped me complete the purchase of my first property. The whole process was seamless and I was kept well informed throughout.
