We have viewed 2 properties with Aberdein Considine (Stonehaven Branch) within the past week. Our viewing agent was Archie Fowler, he was very presentable in appearance and very polite. He was very knowledgeable about both properties and asset to the company. Our dealings with Eve Torrie arranging the viewings was also first class, we look forward to future house viewings with the Stonehaven branch.

Eleanor Comfort from Aberdein Considine (Dyce) dealt with our sale and purchase transactions and we cannot fault the service provided, she was a star and an asset to the firm. She explained the legalities to us very well and was in constant communication so we were always updated on our transactions! Also want to praise Samantha Gordon from the Conveyancing Hub who dealt with our conveyancing. Samantha again was in constant touch updating us on matters and had completed both our sale and purchase transactions with no issues. We managed to sell our house in the quiet (for selling), depths of winter thanks to the swift, proactive and helpful communication and actions from AC.

I felt like we enjoyed a more contemporary approach to house selling than might have been with some other firms with good social media back up and access to a possible purchaser database.

Jordan and his team provided excellent help and assistance throughout the process of selling our flat, particularly in the later stages when there was un unexpected roof leak.
