1st class staff but could do with two lifts?
The staff are 1st class. Very helpful. However, there is only one lift and a company, who had rented a space, which they then realised was too small, were moving from floor 1 to floor 2. They hogged the lift and a move-in which should have taken one hour, took 3. Cost me unnecessary waiting time. This was not the fault of the staff but maybe the facility?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay during your move in. After speaking with the store, they did experience an unusually busy morning with several removal companies arriving at the same time. While move ins are normally scheduled to help reduce pressure on the facilities, this is not always avoidable, and we can only apologise for the disruption you experienced.
That said, thank you for highlighting the attitude and professionalism of the team. Your kind comments about the staff are greatly appreciated and will be passed on, as they always do their best to support all customers.

Great access great location from my home and at a great price. Alisha is an amazing asset to the company, she dealt with everything very efficiently and was able to answer all my queries and give good advice.
Trolleys could have been larger in size.
But otherwise overall experience so far so good.

First Time User
My first visit to the unit went smoothly. The process for entering the storage unit was easy and straightforward, despite being busy there were plenty of trolleys available.

The initial induction was very poor
The initial induction was poor. I expected 24hr access as advertised on the website and on notice boards walking around the site.
I therefore couldn’t unload the van on day 1 and had to keep it an extra day with associated costs. On day 2 was informed out of hours access needed to be authorised in advance by Head Office for any given day required. While I get the rational behind the policy, it needs to change.
