John's professional scrum with kanban training was excellent from start to finish. John's deep knowledge and experience bring the content to life. He also does the best exam prep!

The content and delivery were really engaging, a great mix of theory and experienced insight brought to life by John's coaching style. I'd thoroughly recommend for those looking to learn SCRUM.

John has a great story telling voice in the class, with a lot of practical examples or resources ready. We had only a small class of 2 attendees and John customized it to our current professional situations and inquires. Outside of the usual syllabus, we also got introduced to bits of pieces of additional specialized scrum certifications and practices.

John Coleman is one of the best professors I’ve ever had the privilege of learning from. Not only did he literally write the book, he is a passionate evangelist for Kanban. His wealth of real-world experience and supremely prepared curricula not only made learning easier, but his enthusiasm and style made it a joy. Take every class you can get with this guy!

I had the privilege to have undertaken the Evidence Based Management (EBM) course accredited by Scrum.org with John.

He has a great way to articulate and teach complex ideas in a highly engaging and interactive way. I was really impressed by his wide knowledge and experience of different case studies, real time thinking moments, and sharing ideas to improve how we evidence what we measure in organizations.

I successfully passed the PAL-EBM exam with almost 97% pass rate and this was due to the additional support and mentoring provided by John before and after the course which enabled me to apply the learning more effectively and consult with any queries or spaces I needed advise on. It helps that John is a focused and kind trainer, balanced, and non-judgemental who allows ample amounts of space and time for participants to reflect , share , and teach back, applying some of the leading edge ways to facilitate in a virtual environment. I would take this training again and recommend it to all my friends. Learning experience is cool, via games and videos, easy to follow, good English and pace of course, prepares you not only to pass the exam but to be a better product owner. Mind opening and real life examples. Enough practice. Several aha moments. The only thing I would change is the scheduled time: it ended daily at 10 pm my time when my mind barrely was able to focus anymore. But even like that, I would pay it again from my own money and I am thinking to take another class with John.

John is a first-rate trainer and, as always in the past, the PSPO class was top-notch. The course material was augmented by many examples of practical situations he encountered during his professional experience.
