“Proper job” as we say down here in the a south west…first rate service from day one. All our contact from calling them in to quote to the finished job were faultless. All the people that we dealt with were friendly and helpful, their fitter “Peter” was a master of his craft and carried out his task with a high standard of skill and proficiency, nothing was too much trouble. Relplaced all our double glazing with a high quality product at a price we were very pleased to accept, compared with the price we paid thirty years ago. Well pleased, thank you.

We had a double glazing unit that required replacing urgently as the glass had smashed and a 4 year old was in the flat. Ace Double Glazing were fantastic. They did a quality job in real quick time at a reasonable price and kept us well informed at all times. I can’t rate them highly enough and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Ace by name, Ace by nature. I required eleven windows replacing, happy with the quote and agreed to the installation. On the agreed date the work began, this took the initial estimated time and the work carried out was to our complete satisfaction(very impressed), thank you Matt.

Cannot fault the original fitting, fitter was professional, very efficient and left our house very clean.

There had been some confusion over the design of our French Doors, yet Ace were happy to make the adjustments.

When the fitter arrived to swap our doors over, some problems crept in, and when they left the door did not shut correctly and we needed another visit.

After the third visit the doors operate correctly and we are very happy with the quality and function of our new doors and windows.

Would recommend, and was still close to giving 5 stars.

Great product and great install, friendly installer Neil working mainly alone to start, saw him go beyond and above. Ace must be glad to have him on the team as he did really well, even asking if I was happy before he left

From first visit to fitting ACE were great. Luke was helpful and tidy minimal disruption despite having all the front windows replaced. No problems at all, any questions were answered clearly and promptly really nice people to deal with. The units fitted are a good quality product. Highly recommended and very happy with the results. Needed a new front door. Visited ACE Double glazing and found all of the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The new door was installed by a very professional fitter (sorry, can’t remember his name!) and it looks fantastic. Would highly recommend ACE Double Glazing.

These guys where brilliant. I called them out and they where honest and provided much needed information without charging me anything. They gave good advice on what to do about my broken sealed windows and about warranties and dates. Tony was friendly, punctual and a wealth of knowledge. This is what the industry needs more of, people who are honest with you and don't try and rip you off. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend this company enough, from the moment I made an online enquiry to the measuring, quote and fitting. Ace Double Glazing were professional and friendly, they provided a quote and updates on the process, the surveyors and fitter were polite and courteous, they cleaned up the little mess they made and were on time. Every dealing with the office was again professional. We certainly will use these again and again.
