Terrible quality, horrible experience
Terrible quality
We ordered kitchen from this company and after 4 months they gave us a kitchen chipped board. We paid £20,000 and the design was wrong , the units do not open and shut properly
Three months after having fitted two of the drawers do not work.
Can you send some one to sort it ?

Dear Mr Sarhan, husband of Amel Misbahi, (the other negative review left on the same day ) We take pride in our service and quality of products and to refresh your memory we appointed our solicitors to put an end to yours and your wife Amel Misbahi 's behaviour towards my staff. Our Solicitors offered a professional way forward to deal with any grievances which you and your wife Amel Misbahi ignored. TrustPilots guidance does advise that if the review has been posted maliciously, you can be sued for malicious falsehood instead of for defamation. We will be reporting this review to trust pilot. Your kitchen was a solid rigid carcass and not a flat packed kitchen and I'm afraid poor quality installation , or installation done by your own contractors who are unable to read high quality design drawings produced professionally is outside of our control. It is disappointing when people resort to malicious and false attacks on businesses who strive hard daily with honesty and integrity.

Stay away from this company there are really useless . They manufacture a faulty kitchen not up the bespoke terms . I have gaps 26cm where they trying to convince that’s the gap should be in the kitchen which is not match the designer kitchen on top of that the quality is very poor and the push mechanism doesn’t work on some of the units . Before they make the visit they trying to play a blaming game without trying to fix the issue while we shower them the faulty issues and they had no willing to fix it . We are suppose to move in the house in 10 days time and we have no kitchen now . We are a family Of 2 kids no kitchen n we can’t order the appliances because if the faulty kitchen . Imagine our life with no kitchen now . They r a useless company with useless designer .STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Your kitchen was designed with care and a very high level of professional expertise by one of our award winning designers who has over a decade of experience working with some of the most reputable kitchen brands. I'm afraid poor quality installation , or installation done by your own contractors who are unable to read high quality design drawings produced professionally is outside of our control. It is disappointing when people resort to malicious and false attacks on businesses who strive hard daily with honesty and integrity. We do not tolerate any abuse towards our staff under any circumstances. The Directors of the business carefully reviewed any complaints and I can assure you our staff , design, & quality of products is NOT useless or a waste of time and you were not mis-sold or mis represented in anyway. In fact our team behaved respectfully and professionally at all times regardless of your behaviour. We have hundreds of satisfied customers. To set the record straight we do not manufacture kitchens and our suppliers are highly reputable companies and should there have been a real issue with the design, product or service we would have gone over and beyond to rectify it as our reputation is very important and we work ethically. It is part of our faith and these are our company values. We will be reporting this review to trust pilot.

Acquastone are so friendly - I am hoping my landlord selects this company for my kitchen refit.. and they've been so helpful and kind. What a lovely bunch of people.

Quality Service - Quality Products
For a new bathroom, Acquastone was recommended by a fitter. I dealt with Amir and Maheen. Whilst not required to plan the work, Amir's vision and ideas largely informed the design and the products integrated flawlessly. If you want to source all things bathroom including tiles, I cannot praise Acquastone highly enough. Amir and Maheen do the heavy-lifting so you don't have to go through the tedious, time-consuming and frankly often confusing, selection process. Amir and Maheen are extremely knowledgeable and have extensive contacts so have products tailored to all budgets. All you have to do is look and make an informed choice! It should go without saying, but I am very happy with my products both aesthetically and in terms of quality.

Excellent customer service
I contacted Hina at Acquastone following a recommendation from a business associate and wasn't disappointed ! Hina is extremely knowledgeable and was able to extract from me all she needed to then offer just what our client was looking for. Sample tiles made available at short notice and Diogo stayed beyond his shift to meet and help load my vehicle.

I would 100% advise you to stay away from this company.
Our house featured on George Clarke’s Old house new home and Acquastone promised the world to get the kitchen contract so they could get the publicity from featuring on the TV programme.
Reality - they planned the laundry room wrong on three occasions leaving us without a laundry room for four months having to use a neighbours washing machine & dryer for this period.
The quality of their work was poor and the supposed ‘bespoke’ doors looked like they were made by a child and virtually fell off a week after fitting.
We are now 17 months since the kitchen should have been finished and Acquastone have still not completed our snagging list and we are having now to take this through the courts to get this resolved.

Dear Mr Hollis,
All issues were resolved and rectified satisfactorily in the end and our manufacturer stepped in to help find solutions to assist. I do not believe this matter was ever taken to court. We worked hard to provide replacement units & solutions to the problems that arose from the lack of attention and care provided by Channel 4 and their design team. This was out of goodwill and not because they were part of our scope of work, however in the end the channel 4 interior design team were no where to be seen after the show aired and unfortunately I understand your frustrations when the blame game is played. As we are ethical regardless of cost we continued providing replacements to damages caused by their contractors as we were not going to let you down.
The problems on site really were a result of poor project management, rushing the bespoke painting elements of the kitchen that channel 4 provided. My suggestion would be to address this with Channel 4 and the producers as we were also appalled by the way they have managed this and left us to deal with something which was not part of our scope of work. However we do not let our customers down and were happy to help.
