Horrible service
We were not happy with the following:
- No Air con is available as advertised on Expedia.com (Booked using my phone). There is only a small unit in the living room. It does not work though. It looks like it's broken or in need of maintenance (I e.: Filtre is filthy). Turning it on makes no difference. The apartment was too hot - Above 30 degrees celsius inside and we were travelling with toddlers;
- Swimming pool access is restricted for holidaymakers (11am - 3pm and 5pm - 9pm). This is not stated on expedia.com neither or VRBO and we were very disappointed about that - we planned to use the swimming pool with the little ones before 11am when is not so hot for them;
- No actual apartment inspection was done prior to us checking-in;
- Floor was dirty, with litter found in the apartment. Our toddlers got their feet super dirty by walking barefoot in the living room.
- Broken chair with wine stains. Taken away by maintenance on our request. This was a serious hazard for us and our babies;
- Table with no glass in one corner. A replacement was arranged 2 days after it being reported;
- Broken sunshade - replaced as well. Apparently it is not part of their standards to have one in their apartments - they said upon check-out, so it was a courtesy to have a broken sunshade;
- No light in the terrace so we were unable to use it in the evening;
- 4 broken lightbulbs in the apartment - 3 have been replaced, 1 was still not working when we left;
- Broken tap in one of the bathrooms;
- No HSK service: No bedding or towels change, neither toiletries top up.
Raised concerns with the Manager and heard nothing since. In short, a huge disappointment. I truly feel cheated.
