I had a highly complex and frustrating situation regarding my son's Italian citizenship, where his information seemingly disappeared from the citizenship register. There are two options when pursuing citizenship of another country. The first option is to do it yourself and spend a lot of time and still a fair bit of money in submitting your application. Or you can take the easier route and let a company do it for you so you don't have to worry about any of it.
We took the latter option with Across Boundaries and are extremely glad that we did and you will be too.
You'll be talking to Italians (in English) who know the best way to submit your application. Perhaps more importantly they will assess your chances of success through two stages prior to submitting anything, so you will know what the likelihood of success is for your specific case. Plus these stages are payment linked so you won't have wasted money getting to them, unlike other firms that expect full payment up front.
It's not a cheap service, but you maybe offered a discount and during our investigations we discovered that not only are they very reasonable but not too much more than you could end up spending if you took the DIY route.
