Great class, information was delivered clearly. Opportunity to ask questions was always offered. Explanations/discussion using real situations was very helpful.

I'm a certified Family Child Care Provider and have hosted the class for a few years for other providers. Nick and Kevin have been here a few times and are very friendly, polite and efficient. Very easy to follow and understand the training. I would refer them to anyone looking to take the class.

I appreciate the fact that Act First knows we need a review/refresher course. They treated us as people who have learned this material and reviewed it yearly rather than as if we were complete novices. The refresher they provided was extremely helpful, as CPR regulations change from time to time, and even the things we have learned may not be at the forefront of our memory. I feel confident after today's session that I am caught up on current First Aid and CPR practices.

My colleagues and I are EEC licensed family childcare providers. We have used Act First CPR for the last few years. I love Nick and Kevin! Nick is professional and friendly. He is knowledgeable and covers what needs to be covered in a concise and timely way. Every year I learn something else I didn't know because he keeps up on the changes that we need to be aware of. Kevin keeps us informed of when we are due for renewal and makes sure that we don't miss our appointment. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs CPR/First Aid certification and already have my appointment for next year.
