Absolutely useless just sends you around in circles saying report a fraud then no matter what section you go into it jus says learn more and sends you round and round you don't actually get anywhere. complete waist of time

Had a scammer attempt to change my password via phone call with me for my amazon account knowing exactly what I had purchased and pretending to be a delivery driver.

I wasted my time with actionfraud, spending about half hr filling out their form, providing as much details as possible - phone number of the scammer, timestamps, everything - only to get a condescending email saying they cant be bothered to look into it because 'details you provided could be fake and you havent given us enough information about the suspect'... what do you want, their mothers maiden name and address?

Totally useless. They did the same thing in the past when I had items stolen from me. Dont waste your time with these clowns - report directly to the police or elsewhere if youve been the victim of a crime - actionfraud will do everything in their power not to help you

Absolutely disappointing. Even with clear and substantial evidence of criminal activity, there was no meaningful help or support. This organization has been completely ineffective and feels like nothing more than a waste of taxpayers’ money. If I could, I would give zero stars. Instead of actually solving problems, it seems to create even more difficulties and then avoids taking responsibility for what it says or does.Google ouyiskuhdjs.

As others have said this is not a service at all rather it’s just a bin to put your reports into. They close every report almost immediately no matter what it’s about or how much evidence you have provided. No wonder this crime is growing so rapidly. There’s nobody doing anything about it and the police don’t care.

I gave them the name and address of the person who hacked my credit card and apparently that wasn't sufficient evidence to do anything.

As a victim of £95,000 scam, it is so useless that even the scammer taught me how to report the scam step by step. Why am I bother to live an honest life if they are rarely be caught?

The only one star is for the police I talked to over the phone and chat box who were trying to help, but nothing they can really help me.

I have filled in an online form twice now and have reported a website pretending to be Harrison and James Jewellers and it seems to be a false company and you still haven't done anything about it, a lot of people including myself have been scammed by them, your not protecting people in the UK what so ever from these sort of scams

Absolutely pathetic, claiming to help, but more than likely part of the scamming world as well. Do not trust them, they don't help, they create more dilemmas and never own up to there words. They don't know how their own system operates, or do they??? Not to be trusted. Another scamming corporation!!!

They are not fit for purpose! Called about an IMSI catcher being used by one of the neighbours. Had to get a third party involved, confirmed. Went to Report Fraud. NOTHING. Why don't they just shut down and put more morons in the Met.
No Action Fraud please do us all a favour and shut down!

After spending an hour completing the form having been scammed and losing £10,000, Action Fraud closed my son’s case only an hour after submission …. At half past midnight! So basically it was never even read. What was the point in that? How to knock someone who is already down!

Several years ago you were great when my identity was stolen and you even phoned me back six months later to see how I was doing and if I needed support.

What went wrong?

Completely useless. Handyman stole £1,300 from me and did no work. I Spent £180 to trace his real address since he had falsified his address. Not only did they not investigate this they sent me an email the next day saying they are closing the case.
Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life for nothing.

Absolutely no support and not interested in sellers scamming sellers on platforms such as vinted . They could very easily investigate platforms such as vinted for not protecting sellers from scammers enough. But they refuse to! I’m sick of resale sites not looking out for sellers and leaving them out of pocket. It’s wrong and sellers have no one to turn to because nobody is interested . Action Fraud is suppose to prevent and protect and it’s failing to do that

Who is giving these people the confidence to behave this way? They sold the products I manufactured and kept the money. Isn't that a crime?
Is there no authority in the UK that will hear my voice?
I am especially addressing Fraud report don't these messages amount to evidence of wrongdoing? This company appears to have deliberately and knowingly planned its actions.
Please do not let them cause the same harm to other businesses.

I purchased every belted short that they had on their YouTube commercial and after charging my credit card they left no way to contact them and have blocked me from signing in. They have delivered nothing after six weeks and I must report them to the FTC as YouTube has outsource their complaints and they’re asking for my credit card. Who in the right mind would give YouTube their credit card with all the fraud that they commit every day. Only one and five are legitimate vendors with most coming from Asia and are either knockouts not what you ordered at all or nothing ever shows up. I never tried to buy merchandise the cost more than $50-$75 because there’s only one chance in five, it will be as described or even be shipped. Unless they have a Physical Address, phone number, email address or some way to contact them besides a chat that they abandon voravy.com selling six pack of long shorts with belt will offer you six more in other colors for a discount when you login but after you pay, there is no receipt and no way to contact them other than reporting them for fraud. YouTube doesn’t seem to vet any of those sponsors at all so why should I believe anything shown on their channel and will never allow my credit cards to be used on their site again.

This is a pointless organisation. Is this funded by us UK tax payers? It should be dis banded. In the past, I had a couple of crypto currency pre sale scams reported to them, with credible leads of people resident in UK who were behind the scams. They did nothing, just told me they can't get involved. I reported a company called Hudson and Clarke yesterday to them. This company ( search their reviews in Trust Pilot) is UK registered and is a big scam. They send rags to you instead of clothes. Action Fraud closed my complaint straight away. This is a scam greater than any scam we report to them!
