The booking process had an unsafe link that neither google or Bing would open. the booking process is a complete faff and without the help of Dylan Tembe, Customer Support Advisor, i would have thrown the package in the bin and put it down to a bad company, the stars are for Dylan not the company .

Frustrating

Really poor website and customer service. Was bought a track day for Xmas which has turned out to be a bit of a nightmare trying to organise. My advice would be to go straight to the event provider / race track. Activity Superstore seems to be an unnecessary middleman/ broker. The product was also not as described when I contacted the even provider. Hidden fees for ‘premium’ cars, additional charges (higher than advertised) for weekend dates, and generally a different track day than what is described in the advert. I feel it’s all very misleading.

Avoid – Unhelpful Customer Service and No Flexibility

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company.

I purchased a voucher in good faith, but was later told it had expired and could no longer be used. While the company points to their Terms & Conditions, the validity period was not made sufficiently clear or prominent at the time of purchase. As a result, I was left with a completely unusable product and no meaningful resolution.

What’s particularly frustrating is the lack of flexibility. Many other companies in this space are willing to extend validity periods or offer partial credit as a goodwill gesture. Here, I was told nothing could be done no extension, no refund and instead offered a 10% discount on a new purchase, which feels inadequate given the situation.

Customer service responses were polite but ultimately dismissive, relying heavily on policy rather than addressing the fairness of the situation. It gives the impression that once they have your money, there is very little support if something goes wrong.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious and to carefully check all terms before purchasing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to use this company again.

I didn’t ask for a reply here. It’s interesting how quick you are to respond to reviews, yet my emails were ignored or handled poorly.

This just reinforces my point, you seem far more concerned about protecting your image and keeping the money than actually helping your customers.

Your response hasn’t changed anything.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all vouchers are issued with a clearly defined validity period. In this case, the voucher had expired prior to your attempt to redeem it, which meant it was no longer eligible for use. Our Customer Service team reviewed your query carefully and provided guidance in line with these terms.

We do understand that this is frustrating, and while we always aim to support our customers where possible, we’re not able to extend or reinstate vouchers once they have expired. The goodwill discount offered was intended as a gesture to help you make a future booking, although we appreciate it may not have met your expectations.

Misleading and poor customer service

Title: Misleading “Spa Day” & Poor Complaint Handling

I purchased an “Indulgent Spa Day for Two” voucher through Boots and redeemed it at The Beautique Studio. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised.

The voucher described a spa day with 45-minute treatments each. However, the location was not a spa facility, which was disappointing and misleading given the description. In addition, we did not receive 45-minute treatments each — the total treatment time was significantly shorter, and even the beautician acknowledged this on the day.

Following the experience, I raised a complaint, but this was dismissed based solely on the supplier’s account, which I do not agree reflects what actually happened. My concerns were not properly investigated, and the response relied heavily on terms and conditions rather than addressing the core issue of the service not being delivered as described.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, both in terms of the service itself and how the complaint was handled. I would recommend others carefully review what is actually included and where the experience takes place before purchasing.

Brilliant Service.

Initial order was misplaced by the post man. The company sent a replacement without any questions.
Erin from Customer services was exceptional and purely due to this, I would definitely order from them again.
My replacement arrived today and the quality of the product is very high and everything I could have asked for.

Initial delay in responding to Initial correspondence but once Erin got back to me, she was exceptional.
