I am unable to contact customer support and have not received my products for over a month and I have no idea when I will get my products. This is another scam and do not waste your money. I want my money back now!!

Not as advertised, the first red flag is that it says made in the USA. The package says made in CHINA and distributed out of Hong Kong. The patches look nothing like as described. Next lie is FDA approved. The package says no such thing. It took weeks to get to me because they are shipped from overseas. The return instructions after purchase say the packages have to be unopened, and at the purchasers cost. The actual package you receive looks nothing like the package in the ad. I am almost afraid to use them. The ad states it has Berberine, and the actual package I received does not list Berberine as an ingredient. I think this is not a trustworthy site or product.
Total scam, save your time and money - ordered items 3/30 it’s now 4/22 and they are telling me to be patient while they figure out where my order is and they are refusing to issue a refund. Would give them a zero if I had the option.

I bought a Handiva massager in November 2025 for $87.00. This massager stopped working this month. I reached out to the company since it has not close to a year to see if I could get a refund for it or replacement. I get this email response that they can not take returns that are beyond 30 days. Most products have a warranty of a year. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.
The sizing of the bras are way off and run EXTREMELY small. Also the bras are considered underwear so you can not return or exchange them. Beware of this policy.
