Absolutely terrible company. Orders gifts on 1 MAY. Still haven't received them. Asked to have my order canceled and receive a refund. Still haven't heard back. Terrible customer service!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews earlier before placing my order. I ordered a bracelet for my aunt’s daughter’s graduation party over a month ago, and I still haven’t received it. This has been really disappointing, especially since I planned it well in advance for a special occasion.

I ordered a bracelet more than two weeks ago, and even though it was supposed to arrive in 5-8 working, it still hasn't even entered the U.S! I contacted them and all they said was "Logistics information is beyond our control." I should have known better and checked these reviews. No wonder they don't allow any reviews on their own website.

I ordered my mother a gift for mothers day 2025 and she has not received it! My Mama is elderly and she may never see another mother's day for she is ill. Adorlla you are low down!!! People are struggling.. but you will be hearing from my lawyer!!!

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 things in plenty of time for Mother’s Day. I contacted customer service twice, and was fed the same line of bunk both times: they were overloaded with more orders than usual, and my order would be expedited to the front of the line. I was told I would receive a tracking number shortly. Both times I heard from customer service they signed off with “can you just give us a little more time?” I gave plenty of time! I REALLY wish I had looked up reviews before placing this order. I just hope no one else makes my mistake.

Shipping said 5-8 days. It's been three weeks and still no package. If you are looking for a gift, don't order from here.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered the LEGO BRICK FAMILY from Adorlla (guess I was just excited/mislead from the advertising). I ordered it 2 weeks before Mothers Day & I'm STILL WAITING for it to arrive (the order was taken from their site in Chin Hills CA & then, of course, sent to China). The reviews here also say how low quality the custom product is (clearly not LEGO brand). I spent over $70 on this present. BUYER BEWARE of Adorlla.

Should have come to trust pilot before ordering from this site. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift for my wife 04.25.2025. When I made the purchase I paid for 5-8 business day shipping which was an additional $10.99. I didn’t receive an update about this order until 04.30.2025 and that update was from Illinois. Well the next update I get the following day says the product is in China. There was no mention of China before making my purchase. Fast forward to 05.16.2025 and I still do not have my product and I was only offered a $10 refund which doesn’t even cover the full shipping amount paid for the product. Do not buy from this company I surely never will again.

Slowest shipping ever! Website said 5-8 business days. I ordered on April 26th (for Mother's Day) and as of May 15th the tracking still just shows "in transit". I realize it's coming from China but I've ordered many things from China that come a lot faster. I won't be ordering from Adorlla again.

UPDATE--The item finally arrived today, June 9, 2025. I ordered it on April 28th as a gift for Mother's Day. The pictured item looked like a sturdy plaque made of wood. It might be a "cousin" to wood, but it is approximately 3/8 to 1/2" thick, and it came marked "fragile". I could easily snap it in half. I spent over $40 for this piece of crap. Anyway, buyer beware.

UPDATE--It is now June 5th and tracking information still says "item landed at the airport." Their last email blamed it on the new tariffs, which is slowing the pace through customs. I assured them that I was well aware of President Trump's tariffs, but the final change to the tariffs was on May 15th. The original promised receipt date was prior to that change.

UPDATE--I noticed the tracking number on the email that said my "item landed at destination airport" is a DIFFERENT number than my original shipping confirmation. The original tracking number still shows that "package waiting to be picked up by carrier ". When I questioned this, my response was was "different tracking numbers are both OK". Clearly, they think I am stupid. Maybe it will be here in time for Christmas?

UPDATE--It is now May 29th. According to their tracking site, "it arrived at destination airport". There are thousands of airports so I have no real information. Trust Pilot needs to give the option of 0 stars.

UPDDATE--It is now May 22nd and I received a shipping confirmation email. Maybe it will make it for Father's Day?

I ordered a Mother's Day gift on April 25th. The website stated that items are usually received in 5 - 8 days. It is now May 9th. Mother's Day is May 11th. I have emailed twice and did receive responses. The first email said in part, "Due to the increase in orders, our production and logistics transportation have been delayed to varying degrees.We will rush your order asap." I wrote a second email and received this response, "Our factory has accumulated a large number of orders, they are produced in the chronological order in which they were placed.
We are sorry we did not anticipate such a sudden order." OMG! They were heavily advertising a Mother's Day item. Clearly, business sense is completely missing.

Joli pot de fleur personnalisable sur le site mais quand vous recevez votre commande, les prénoms ne sont pas dans l'ordre que vous avez demandé et les prénoms sont tout simplement illisibles !
J'ai de plus payé 20.85€ de frais de port pour recevoir ma commande en 5j max mais le délai a été de 14j !
Après avoir demandé un remboursement pour produit non conforme, on me propose tout d'abord 20% de dédommagement. Suite à mon refus, on me demande de retourner le produit pour un remboursement intégral avant de revenir sur cette proposition le lendemain car le responsable ne valide que 30% de remboursement max car je cite "Veuillez comprendre que notre entreprise implique également beaucoup de temps, de transport et de main-d'œuvre".
Ce site est une pure arnaque avec des gens incompétents qui n'ont aucun sens commercial !! C'est tout simplement du vol car les clients sont trompés sur les produits commandés.
En espérant être remboursée pour ma part pour passer à autre chose, je vous déconseille vivement de passer votre chemin et de ne pas commander sur ce site ...

Absolutely awful. I an usually quite dilligent in where I order from. They must have caught me off guard. Ordered a Mothers day present for my wife (from our children). Expecting a 3 day delivery- as advertised on Adorlla UK....

3 and half week later it arrived after multiple emails and incorrect tracking. During that time.I discovered NONE of their offices are in the UK. Apparently HQ is in LA and the dispatch centre is in Singapore. To enable "quicker delivery times" according to their emails....

Would never use again and discourage anybody using them

As other reviewers state in great detail, this company is awful in all areas. Late shipping, defective products, no ownership, poor communication, etc. I came here to write a review but clearly others have had similar issues and beaten me to it. My experience lines up with most of those here. Tells you a lot when a company has 140 reviews and is rated 1 star. Looking at these reviews , I am now more disappointed in myself for not having investigated before ordering.

Commande effectuée le 27 février 2025, un délais de livraison annoncé entre 5 et 7 jours ! A ce jour toujours rien reçu, contacter par email, réponse : retard du a une forte demande, votre préparation est passé en "urgente" quand je regarde le suivi de commande rien n'a changé ! La question est : vais je recevoir ma commande ou tout simplement perdre mes 110€ ! Une action en justice va être engagée si tel est le cas. C'est inadmissible que ce genre de site soit encore autorisé à vendre en ligne.

Don't ever order anything from there first it takes forever to receive the order and when I finally did I have received wrong order now I have emailed them number of times and they don't want to process refund

No recommend to buy anything, sad that i didn't checked reviews before i order.Made my order 29 January to get by 28th February,wrote a lot of emails, responses was that is still in factory, got finely 4th March and doesn't look like sterling silver for 65£,looks like cheap chain from China, looks like they ordering from China shit quality and reselling to uk people,cause with trucking number when i was trucking country was China, so people dont buy from them nothing!!!!!!!!

Regrettant mon achat, j’ai annulé ma commande en moins de 24h par téléphone et par mail en demandant son remboursement. Adorlla n’a pas tenu compte de ma demande alors que j’étais dans les délais prévus par le site pour annuler une commande et a mis plusieurs jours pour me répondre. Par contre, le prélèvement a été effectué de suite. J’ai heureusement reçu mon colis au bout d’un mois environ. Le produit n’est pas d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Un conseil, NE COMMANDEZ PAS SUR CE SITE
