I really like this company
I really like this company and I’ve made quite a few orders from them already. It’s a pretty simple concept of providing environmentally friendly products and packaging. Here are the standout brilliant things about them: super fast free delivery (2-3 days at most and boxes etc are not smashed or damaged), personal service which is much appreciated when questions and queries arise about certain items, value for money is outstanding compared to other competitors, and finally, you can order samples and small to large quantities of various products (not always available through other competitors).
So thank you guys and gals for looking after me, I for one am happy I found you and hope other business owners can share the experience.

Hi sorry, we have only just seen this review, I hope you have had the samples now.
These were sent via Royal Mail and as I am sure you are aware they have been having various issues.
We will email you to discuss, but please contact the office via call or email if you have an issue with an order and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Sorry for the issue, we are now offering a fully tracked service to avoid these issues happening in the future.

Thank you for the kind review, we are improving our stock holding on a regular basis.
Great delivery, no reply to emails though.
Purchased over £100's worth of items. All delivered promptly and expertly packed without any issue.
However, company have twice failed to respond to emails when I needed to return a small part of the order due to my error. So, i'm stuck with a load of bowls I don't need if anyone is interested.
Good swift ordering process with great delivery.
Zero customer service though so make sure you order correctly first time and learn from my mistake, as advanced disposables aren't interested in replying to emails.

Also, I could not find a record of any bowls on the order, could this have been plates?
