Tom and Hannah at Advantage were outstanding. We got the buy-to-let mortgage we wanted and most importantly were always extremely well informed where in the past we had been given bad information which had led to disaster.
We would unequivocally give 11 stars if we could

Excellent service and great…
Excellent service and great communication with Steve and Hannah. Steve does great research to ensure your mortgage application has the best chance of success. Better than any company I've used. Both Steve and Hannah have great communication. Many companies giving poor support, these guys give great support so happy to recommend!

I am self employed and in my late 50s…
I am self employed and in my late 50s and despite having been with the same bank from my teens, and having been a homeowner I struggled to get a mortgage from my bank. Once I got in touch with Susannah I was immediately impressed by her professional can do attitude. Due to the untimely death of my account I struggled to obtain some of my documents. Susannah was very patient and kept the whole thing on track. I would thoroughly recommend her services and that of her colleagues.

Never heard of Advantage Fs before and…
Never heard of Advantage Fs before and I'm glad I found them online. I used another well known broker service and they are not in the same league as Advantage. Excellent service from Steve, Tom, Dan and Chantelle. Very understanding and efficient from start to finish. Communication was excellent.
I would recommend this mortgage broker to anyone.
