NO COMPRÉIS LAS CAMPERS DE ADVENTURE CAMPERS

Adventure Campers es una empresa de alquiler de campers que, al cabo de unos 100.000 km, las vende para renovar su flota.
Tan solo 20 km después de haberles comprado mi camper, se encendió el testigo de fallo de motor. En tres meses he tenido que llevarla cuatro veces a un taller oficial FIAT: la primera para cambiar un sensor de temperatura, la segunda para cambiar el inyector de AdBlue, la tercera para cambiar un sensor de NOx y la cuarta para limpiar el filtro de partículas. Aunque Adventure Campers asumió el coste de las dos primeras reparaciones, se desentendieron de las siguientes remitiéndome a la garantía contratada, la cual no cubre la reparación del sensor de NOx ni la limpieza del filtro de partículas (751 € y 670 € respectivamente), importes que he tenido que pagar de mi bolsillo.
Además, los listones de la cama ya estaban agrietados en el momento de la compra y dos de ellos se rompieron tras solo dos semanas de uso. Al no venderse los listones por separado, me vi obligado a comprar el somier entero con un coste de 293 €. También apareció una grieta en la chapa donde, al parecer, se había reparado una abolladura con masilla de forma deficiente; la reparación de plancha y pintura me costó 390 €.
A todo esto se suma que omitieron incluir componentes como las redes protectoras o la cortina de la ducha, valorada nada menos que en 175 €. Tras reclamarlos, finalmente me los enviaron.
Debido a mi insistencia para que asumieran los costes pendientes, me transfirieron 1.237 € adicionales a cambio de firmar un documento en el que renunciaba a futuras reclamaciones. Sin embargo, tras la firma de este acuerdo, el testigo de fallo de motor sigue encendiéndose y los costes acumulados superan con creces el dinero transferido.
Una experiencia horrible que no deseo a nadie. ¡No compréis la camper a esta empresa!

Adventure Campers is a campervan rental company that, after around 100,000 km, sells the units to renew its fleet.
Just 20 km after purchasing my campervan from them, the check engine light came on. In three months I have had to take it four times to an official FIAT workshop: the first to change a temperature sensor, the second to replace the AdBlue injector, the third to change a NOx sensor and the fourth to clean the particulate filter. Although Adventure Campers assumed the cost of the first two repairs, they washed their hands of the following ones, referring me to the contracted warranty, which does not cover the repair of the NOx sensor nor the cleaning of the particulate filter (€751 and €670 respectively), amounts that I have had to pay out of my own pocket.
Furthermore, the bed slats were already cracked at the moment of purchase and two of them broke after just two weeks of use. Since the slats are not sold separately, I am forced to buy the entire bed base at a cost of €293. A crack also appeared in the sheet metal where, apparently, they repaired a dent with filler in a deficient way; the bodywork and paint repair has cost me €390.
On top of all this, they omitted to include components such as the protective nets or the shower curtain, valued at no less than €175. Mind you, upon claiming them they sent them to me.
Due to my insistence for them to assume the pending costs, they transferred an additional €1,237 to me in exchange for signing a document in which I waived future claims. However, after the signing of this agreement, the check engine light keeps coming on and my accumulated costs already far exceed the transferred money.
A horrible experience that I do not wish on anyone. Do not buy the campervan from this company!
