Bought a caravan, fantastic after sale service. Highly recommend buying a caravan from Adwick Caravans

Don't trust these people, they are all smiles and lies. I recently purchased a motorhome from the and the sales man told me they would have the vehicle fully valeted and a habitation check would be done on the vehicle. They agreed to carry out other corrective works on the vehicle too. once they have your money they don't care and they will lie to your face. The vehicle was not valeted and the corrective work had not been carried out but worse of all and they said the habitation checks had all be completed with no issues, dispute repeated requests for the habitation check document they have not provided the document, I had the habitation checks carried out myself in the end as this was a requirement of my insurance company. the habitation check was so bad i struggled to believe it at first, the water heater had burnt out cables and was condemned as a fire risk, the gas heater had a faulty primer valve that was stuck on and the heater ignition button had burnt through cables this was also condemned, the light in the shower unit was connected to 230vac and presented a high risk of electrical shock to any one using the shower with the light on and the list goes on. To sum up the habitation area was considered a danger to occupants and should not be used until the defects have been corrected. This shows how much Adwick caravans care about the safety of their customers. I have now sent the report and photos to trading standards for them to investigate.
Do you self's a big favour buy from a more reparable dealer its not worth the risk to your safety.

Great set up. So much to choose from. All caravans and motorhomes in good clean condition. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would recommend to seasoned caravaners and first time buyers. Keep it up. Many thanks

My lockdown heroes! I Saw my dream caravan advertised on Adwick caravans website, I called the lovely sales assistant Maryann who assisted me with the details of the caravan and helped me get set up with a finance deal. I dealt directly with the finance company and once this had been paid out, Billy from Adwick caravans did a no contact delivery in my drive way which made me feel so much more at ease with the social distance rules at the moment. Once Billy had left I went inside the caravan and was very happy with my new caravan, which came to me professionally cleaned. I cannot wait for my first holiday away in the caravan (you can’t class sleeping on the drive way as a holiday lol ) I would recommend Adwick caravans for your caravan especially with the unprecedented times were in they are someone you can trust to purchase over the phone.

My experience of this company is appalling.
They sold me a caravan that was unsafe and had so many faults, they said they would repair, then they said they would refund, then they offered to repair and in six months or more have just dodged everything. They just called me with foul language - do not go near this company I am taking legal action.
