Adzuna is a great tool to use for anyone starting their job search and not knowing where to begin. This platform conducts an assessment and then uses AI to find relevant jobs and automatically applies to them on your behalf. It makes the job application process much easier and the best part is you get exposure to new companies that you may not have come across through traditional job search strategies.

I will say it doesn't always hit the mark but having automatic applications sent out while also applying yourself really helps get the ball rolling and helps land a job faster than you could have on your own.

Some of the jobs it applied was not in my field of interest. It was applying for jobs without waiting for my review or approval.

I enjoyed the experience because it was based on merit and not the interviewer personality constraints.

This took stress from me. It made me spend less time searching jobs and filling out applications. It did most of the heavy lifting. I got a job as a result. This is a very valuable company.

The application was not difficult to complete; I made a few corrections after I downloaded my resume.

Adzuna did a great job sending applications on my behalf. about 20% of the jobs were too junior or not a fit but the other 80% were spot on.

Irrelevant / low-quality job matches: I get far too many email alerts, and the targeting is poor. Around 80% of the emails are not what I was looking for. The platform also feels very dated, with lots of technical bugs and failed submissions. On top of that, the application flow is confusing: when you click to apply for a job, it sends you to another website, and then another one. It’s both annoying and makes the whole experience feel spammy.

Most of the opportunities that my resume was sent to were either not fitting or the jobs were not remote. I am in Orlando and looking for work in the Orlando area, Space Coast area or remote.

Made finding jobs and applying more convenient. As someone graduating college this spring, applying and finding jobs that match me and my resume can be overwhelming but having this as a companion really helps take some of that stress off.

Adzuna and ApplyIQ have really helped take the stress out of my job search. I simply uploaded my resume and added a few titles I would be interested in. Adzuna goes out and finds job postings that match my skills and salary requirements and does most the work for me. If there are unique questions I’ll get an email letting me know I need to log in to answer those. Overall this is an amazing tool! I’ve been using it for about a month and it has applied to 37 posts for me, there were others it suggested but I declined. I’ve already received 2 call backs that I pursued past the recruiter interview!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does apply to “contract” positions and I’m only looking for full-time employment.

I’ve just started the application process, but the company already comes across as having a strong culture. The fact that they take the time to conduct a survey like this speaks positively to that.

My experience with Adzuna is greate. At first, I was skeptical because I thought it was a scam, but you helped me apply to 100 jobs in one week. This action would probably take me 3 weeks to a month to apply to 30 jobs. With you guys, I have gotten more calls and interviews than I could ever think I would

This tool has been extremely helpful in me getting back responses quicker from jobs that would have taken me months to do. I am grateful to have found Adzuna.
