I'm very thankful for AECC global (Chennai) for assisting me throughout my study abroad application process. A special thanks to my counsellor Yamuna Mam. Their support has been instrumental in making the right choice in my abroad studies and also in every step and process that is required for this, starting from shortlisting schools, filling out application until applying for the visa and finding accommodation - every service was provided with impeccable quality. Starting from late May this year, I collaborated with a different agent to help me achieve my objective of studying in Canada for the September 2023 intake. However, the delays caused by this agent resulted in my dissatisfaction. Consequently, I decided to approach AECC Global India for assistance.

Given the proximity my profile was assigned to AECC Mohali, where I was connected with consultant Pooja Dhiman on 22nd June. Upon evaluating my profile, she shared my apprehensions regarding the extended study gap, she expressed her willingness to take up my case and make an attempt.

I provided her with all the necessary documents, and on the same day, she conducted research to identify three suitable institutes for me to consider. Although the courses offered were not my immediate area of interest, due to the urgency of the September 2023 intake, I decided to apply to one of these institutes. Surprisingly, I received an offer letter within a week. However, the tuition fee was quite high for me, prompting me to ask her to explore additional options within my field.

She diligently explored all the options I suggested and found that most institutes had already closed their applications for the September 2023 intake. Out of my suggestions, only Conestoga College was still accepting applications. She initiated the application process for Conestoga. While awaiting the outcome, I received an offer from my preferred institute and course, the same one for which my previous agent had already applied.

Despite receiving an offer from Conestoga College, I communicated my desire to pursue the course at my preferred institute. Pooja calmly allowed me to make the decision between her and the other agent, emphasizing that the choice would be entirely mine. Essentially, she never engaged in aggressive sales tactics and places a strong emphasis on cultivating excellent client relationships.

Due to further delays caused by my previous agent, I opted to have Pooja handle the submission of my visa application. She had already provided guidance on undergoing the medical exam and preparing the GIC, aspects that my other agent had neglected to even communicate about.

I gathered all the required documents for submission and asked Pooja to proceed with the application. I remember that even though she was already busy with study abroad events at her office, she went above and beyond to ensure that my application was submitted as quickly as possible.

I am delighted to announce that the dedicated efforts she consistently put in have yielded results, and my visa application has been approved. I am highly impressed by her level of professionalism and would readily award her an A++ rating. Reflecting on the journey, I realize that her unwavering commitment played a pivotal role. I really had a wonderful experience in getting my Aus Student VISA, Rakhi Ma'am cooperated a lot in order to ensure my arrival of VISA and she felt more of a friend rather than a mentor. She cooperated to the fullest, overall my experience with AECC had been great!
