Aerialroutes Opiniones

Ashley has been great. He was efficient in finding us the best route at decent prices. He has given us all the assistance we have needed to ensure a comfortable flight. Thank you Ashley.

Ashley was really great and helpful and has a very good customers service . Excellent service. Really helpful and so caring and gave me all the details and explained everything in detailed

Excellent company! Very supportive!
Special mention to Mandy who dealt with numerous questions from myself, and did so patiently and professionally.
Would definitely recommend this company!

Roger was very professional and very understanding to my travel needs. He provided me with the best possible deal in the market for my trip and have a flexible payment plan for me to be able to purchase the ticket with little stress.

I have spoken with one of the staff had name roger .. I found him outstanding Dealing in customer service and Communication I wish when we are contacting any place an enquiry about the journey and the prices we get some like him very supportive real beneficial for the company

This is my second booking through Roger and I must say, the service has been excellent, thorough and prompt.

I look forward to booking my future with Aerialroutes.

Regards
Debbie

Cost Effective and Very Helpful
I found Gavin to be very helpful and able to respond quickly to my requests and get very competitive prices on my trip £700 cheaper than another company.

The initial phone call and booking we found to be very helpful and a great service.

However, we then had to wait a full week to receive our tickets, and only then after we had called and e-mailed.

An e-mail telling us they had received ours saying all was ok with the details they had, would have been nice. We would not then have had a week of waiting and worrying what was going on.

Overall the service was good and we would probably use them again.

THANK YOU, Mandy
Best wishes
Jack

First time I've used this company Ashley was polite and professional.

Mandy very professional she was very helpful and efficient and my flights to St Lucia and Trinidad were very competitive. I was happy with the service.
I have checked reservation on BA and have added my Avios miles and everything is in order.
This is my first time using Aerialroutes but would be happy to book with them again in the future.again

Great service. Thanks Mandy

Mandy is the boss. Was really desperate to get a flight to atlanta from Heathrow in July and after getting bombarded with the £1k + fare quotations from almost all the major travel agents, I stopped by Mandys aerial route. Amazing customer service. She did everything in her power to assist me with my ticket and it was almost at half the cost. Thank you Mandy. Will definitely have more business in the coming days. Thank you.
