Very bad service from this company. I asked for change of flight date and the price they gave was way beyond my budget so asked them to check for Royal air Moroc, one of their guy called Will told me they do not deal with Royal air Moroc, which he lied about because they do. They ended up taking all the deposit i have made.

Staff were really polite all through the process especially my caseworker @Bob. Thank you so much AeroTickets

He is incredibly patient and has a real talent for navigating complex itineraries. Ray made it possible to find a great ticket while successfully avoiding those tricky, long connections that usually make travel so exhausting. It’s rare to find a consultant who puts that much thought into the traveler’s comfort. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend their services!

I travelled during the US-Iran war. AeroTickets managed my booking, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Although I was unable to contact the company directly, Matt communicated with my husband. I flew back to Manchester on Qatar Airways via Doha without any delays.
