Great customer care

The customer service was amazing. The lady who worked with me went all out to help me get a loan. It took us a couple of hours to complete the process and she was sweet and patient.

I make a payment 2 days before it's due then y'all try to take my payment out on the due date from a different card I don't use anymore. Trying to take it out twice. Y'all need to stop. I have convience pay turned off and this should not be happening. If I get another message saying that y'all tried to take it out of my other card I will call the authorities if I have to. Cause this is trying to rip people off.

Serena worked her butt off to get my loan approved!!! She was so kind and helpful through the whole process, even let me use a phone charger when my phone died!!! Forget a 5 star review!!! This lady gets 100 stars in my book!!!
