We head an excellent experience with Affinity Mortgages. Dan Edwards was great, he is very helpful and knowledgeable, he replied to us in a matter of hours if not minutes, explained everything in detail especially as we were first time buyers. Overall, we had a great and stress free experience thanks to him. Basically our mortgage was approved in less than a week and he dealt with the entire application. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Dan looked after me, as a first time buyer it was initially a daunting experience, but with Dan and the team on it, they took a huge amount of the stress off me. Dan and his team were absolutely brilliant. They got our mortgage application through in record time despite the current pandemic and valuation problems. We were kept up to date every step along the way.

We couldn’t recommend Affinity Mortgages enough!

Affinity did ok but it seemed to be hard work sometimes and had to explain our situation a number of times. It didn’t always feel our situation was understood. We had to chase a lot, the experience overall was ok, it probably wasn’t the next time to be getting a mortgage (July - Dec 2020 with lockdowns etc) so that maybe didn’t help the process of contact and also issues with applications being pulled etc.

We managed to contact affinity most times we needed to but sometimes felt uneasy about how it was going.

From moment of contact with the re mortgage team right until completion, we have had great communication and any questions asked fulled explained. The team are a friendly and professional. It is not the first time we have used Affinity Mortgages and it wont be the last. I recommend them 100%
