Harmony

I did a harmony here, the doctor discussed with me a lot then recommended the one that fits me. We even did a skin test first. The whole process was smooth and friendly. Can’t wait to see the effect!

I prepaid £350 2 -3 weeks

I prepaid £350 2 -3 weeks ago at ai beauty clinic and I confirmed with them about if i am busy with work abroad is refund available?

If i don’t get service of course full refund will process directly

10 days ago , when I knew i will going to Canada for 4 months work i immediately informed ai beauty to clarify my situation in very politeness way , I even can’t find refund policy online their website can guide me this process!

I kept call them wechat , WhatsApp, they all gave useless answer, they said need to filled a form I never seen it and I waited for 12 days now

Nothing happened!!!

Bad customer service, come on, why have to take 10 working days to refund? Its £350 not £350k! You are a small beauty clinic not big bank like HSBC!

No one really gave me the clearly real refund procedure, i had tired to calling their customer service 10 times already

If still no refund still no one look into this, i think the clinic is the worst experience i will have
