Great value and fast secure delivery

I ordered two puffer jackets for large size but they did not feet us , and I had contacted them and they’ve been very nice and trying to resolve the issue.
I would buy again .

Good experience all round. Goods arrived quickly and were exactly as described. Quality was very good for the price (tools seem well chosen) and contact with customer services was great. Would use again.

Package was not complete. Emailed multiple times with no reply to try and rectify the situation but received no reply

I seen the product on line and I wanted the item for my wife I would help her in her cutting out of patterns the is very good and quick delivery was very good 👍 and the product is very very good

Purchased an Axe with this company via Amazon. The Axe broke at the handle after using it a second time. I have emailed this company three times looking for a replacement or refund and have not received a reply. I suppose they are going on the assumption that if you ignore it, it will go away! Also as I have been emailing via Amazon, I have received two feedback requests from them. On both occasions I advised Amazon team that I have not had any response, I also emailed Amazon team to advise them of this. Also no response!!! Please be aware that the "TOPWAY 331212 Wood Splitter Axe with Fiber Handle 1.1/4LB, Yellow" is not fit for purpose, in fact it is dangerous. And poor show Amazon and Aimtools for not addressing this.

Update from suppliers response as I am unable to reply via their response below. Order No. 206-4130340-6095511. The supplier is now providing another support email address and not the support email address that I used and the one they provide on their web site. All very confusing!

Terrible service ordered a wire tensioner it has not turned up.Emailed them 4 times no response and no contact telephone number total scam site

I ordered a 16v combi drill with 2 batteries. It came delivery was fast. The charger plug is broken, one of the batteries doesn't work and the case is cracked.

Aim tools have gone above and beyond to sort this out for me and I will be buying more from them! Thanks!

Ordered 2 dowel jigs, they turned up in a couple of days , great for a bargain price. Previously had Katsu tools , nice to see service is as good as ever. Thanks very much

It was meant to arrive Monday or Tuesday and it hasn’t even made it to DPD yet and I’ve had no information from aim tools about why it is delayed other than the email I just received telling me to rate my order

Great service from start to finish

Bought from this company before good experience thought postage was a bit much but after receiving item I see why it’s weight was 28kg so I’m fine with it. Compound table is good done a bit of work on it tightened rods filled sharp edges it was a budget item if you’re thinking of buying one beware it is very heavy dropped it on my leg last night once it’s bolted down it will be fine, forgot two of fixing holes on base weren’t drilled not a big issue if you don’t mind having to do things on it to get it the way you want it’s a good table

Details advertized implied shsnk is 10mm. Actual size is 11+mm. Waste of money. Avoid this outfit

Purchased a die grinder on 04/12/2023,Grinder was eratic then stopped working,emailed aim tools twice on 16/12/2023 possibly Christmas delayed responce but Zeina got back to me and has arranged a replacement to be sent out this week,happy with response and Zeina was very helpful.
