George and his colleagues at Aircon247 treated me like a Royal Guest - I felt that I was their most important customer and I am sure that every other customer will have the same experience.

I ordered the portable aircon unit on a Friday and it arrived on Tuesday in perfect condition. It works brilliantly and Aircon 247 prices were the best that I found on the internet.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aircon 247 - they are a super company, with brilliant customer service and great products.

The service was outstanding. The advice given was really worthwhile and I must commend Jessica Turner for all the help she gave me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aircon247 to anyone.

I can't remember the last time I wrote a review on Trust Pilot but felt compelled to do so after the excellent service I received from aircon247 and particularly from George Wrigglesworth in their Customer Services team.

I recently ordered 2 portable a/c units recommended by Which (Consumers' Association) and with George's kind assistance, aircon247 were able to deliver them within 48 hours of the order being placed, even though it was during the height of the recent heatwave. This proved to be a godsend for the elderly relatives who live with us.

It's also worth noting that the 2 a/c units I bought were £100 cheaper each than the best deal available on Amazon.

Responsive and helpful. George went that extra mile and gave excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

We have a large office with windows on 3 sides, yesterday we had a temperature of 34C now its a lovely comfortable temperature, thank you it's a lovely machine.

Got a great unit at a great price, delivery was quicker than I expected too, they did forget my adaptor but one quick email they sorted it straight away no fuss.

Will be back for a second unit eventually!

George, you are my hero. After a day of looking for a part George found me on Messenger & saved the day. Told me he had the item I needed, how it could be purchased, plan B of how it could be purchased. Then put me in touch with the equally wonderful Jessica. Awesome Service.
From the moment I placed my order I had prompt confirmation and then details of delivery - which was the next day.
The instructions provided for installation were very clear and easy to follow and I now have WiFi controlled air conditioning in my dining room.
I only had to contact the company as I was having difficulty pairing the unit to my home WiFi - but that was because of my home network. The customer service is outstanding and I am really pleased with the product. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery, great help from Steven in making sure it arrived on time. There was some slight damage in transit (the carriers fault) and Aircon247 promptly arranged collection and refunded me in full. Thanks also to Terry and George for your assistance.

I must say that Aircon 247 is a brilliant and helpful company.
They, f.o.c. and due to my mistake increased the length of my ordered 7m long lines by 0.6m at no extra charge.
Can't understand some of the negative comments, probably from rival firms!!

I never normally do a review on anything as I am not a believer in cheerleading someone for doing the job they are paid for
But after the help and patience of George when I had signal problems with phone and my bank authorisation of payment-5 failed attempts when item is selling out fast I thought for once it is well deserved. The man is a credit to your company and was not surprised on opening the link to see all the positive feedback he gets.
But unfortunately positive reviews and a pat on the back doesn’t pay the bills.
I hope he is well looked after by his employer

I strongly advise against shopping. I bought a Fral portable air conditioner at the beginning of April 2021. Unit damaged. It works for a while as air conditioning, then as a normal fan. Very poor contact with the seller. Everything seems to be settled as to the return, and the courier does not appear. There is no contact for several days. Then the second try and the same. No contact whatsoever for over a week. The case was submitted to paypal as a claim. The case is not finished yet and I had to pay for the return of the unit £ 120.
sometimes things can go wrong. A good, efficient and honest company would settle the matter

Faultless experience when calling and asking for help. Got George and had it all with me the following day! Also very kindly didn't charge me for the additional shipping even though it was my fault not ordering some bits in the first instance!

Absolutely appalling service overall. Like others if we could we would give them Zero stars.
Our first contact was made for an order in March 2021.
From this date they did not proactively contact us. It was only by us contacting them that we found that the delivery date was kept being pushed back.
On one call we were told by one of the staff that despite having paid a deposit, unless we paid in full it was unlikely we would be at the top of the list for allocation of the unit.
Only by chance after another call from us that we found out that they no longer had the model we had ordered.
One representative offered us a discount if we chose an alternative model, but then retracted it later as he was not able to authorise this himself.
Despite eventually arranging for a next day delivery, it did not turn up.
Representative very flippant stating that there was 'some good news and bad news' and put the phone down on me whilst I was talking.
Complaint written to which we did get a reply, but was very weak.
Disgraceful service all round. We would strongly advise not to use this company.

Really good company to buy from. Very knowledgeable and customer-focused. George handled all my enquiries almost instantly and gave advice on what was the best product to buy for my needs.
