I reserved through this sight today, 3/15 @ 6:15 am. I haven't recieved an email. Paid $134.00. I've sent two emails and their sight says, "will recieve confirmation email immediately. " this website is HORRIBLE! SCAM. I'm disputing charge with bank. I don't have money to throw away! Stay away!!

Horrible system. I purchased a pass an hour before checking. Never got an email and yes I know where to look, (I got an MS in computer science). I had to pay at the parking because never got it. It took 20 mins to get hold of someone and because it was passed the check in they won’t refund me and the lady with the asian accent hung up on me.

I am left feeling unsupported as their "support att airportparking.com" email address, in their email as their contact line, is rejected by mailservers as non-existent. Something is very bogus.

I booked an off-site parking spot at a hotel in Calgary, Alberta. I was pleased that the prices were competitive but found out later that it was in US dollars so then not so great. I never received a confirmation email after I repeatedly emailed them and asked for it. When I arrived at the hotel they had no way of processing my reservation so I had to go elsewhere. I was still charged full price and when I tried to get a refund they were absolutely rude to me claiming they had sent the email so therefore was not entitled for a refund. Numerous emails later they would not agree to any refund. I will never use this company in any city ever again. There customer service agents are rude and sarcastic. You may think they are priced competitively but not worth it. I would give them less than 1 star if it allowed me to.

I reserved from this website for a DFW airport hotel for parking starting 5 am. But hotel did not even have shuttle at that time. I called AirportParking to cancel reservation They charged $5 even when you cancel within 30 minutes of reservation. They should not even have booked if hotel does not provide services at the time it is booked for

I received an email from American stating my flight would be leaving 2 hours later than the original time. Therefore I reached out to Airport parking {ParknGo} to update the reservation, but unfortunatley I was informed it could not be changed.
Customers are at a disadvantage for any airport off site parking that is not flexible in the possibility of flights canceling/changing flight times. In our future travels we will definately consider using another company that has flexibility in their policies.

I was booking a 2 night parking at Embassy Suites at LAX. (where I stayed for 2 nights) The website didn't say anything that it was a NORTH or SOUTH location, so I booked 2 nights at the wrong location - thinking there was only one Embassy Suites. So, I had to pay for 2 nights parking at the hotel and Airportparking refused to help or refund - because I had started the reservation... I did not start the reservation because I was booked at the wrong place. IF they had stated Embassy Suites NORTH or SOUTH, I would have realized that there were two locations. Super disappointing.

this is the 2 time that I make a parking reservation. and never have had a problem with this website.

This is for Pre-flight in Houston Hobby; The receipt they give you does not have a bar code - there is NO WAY TO ENTER THE PARKING LOT WITHOUT A BAR CODE. The instructions were to "go to the office" on the receipt. There is no place to park to go to the office, and when you hit the call button, no one answers. I had re-buy my parking online directly from pre-flight to get a bar code and park my car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND LEFT ME STRANDED AT SEATAC. I GOT AJAX TO DROP ME OFF AND GET MY CAR AND NO ONE WAS ON SITE. JUST A NOTE THAT SAID "FULL!" AND A LOCKED DOOR. NO SECURITY! NOTHING!

UPDATE (2/22/2023): It has been 2 business days and NO ONE from this company has contacted me to inquire about my experience. They do not care! Don't do business here!

I called the Parking Spot to cancel my reservation four days before my flight, and they canceled it at the same time, but I didn’t receive my money back. I called them again, and they told me I would need to contact A third party which is AirportParkingReservations.com, and Nobody has answered the phone, nor have they responded to the messages I sent on their website, stay away from this website if anything happens and you need to cancel or do any changes you will not find anyone to help you even the Park spot, and you will lose your money.

Charged an additional full one day for picking car up one hour late due to flight delays. Was already charged a full day for a half day of parking.

Rodeway Inn Nashville has cheaper parking rates than most others but there is no disclosure regarding their shuttle service. When we arrived, we were told the ride to the airport is $35 and expected this would cover picking us up for the return shuttle. Picking us up went well for the return, but then we were told for the "taxi service" on return would be be another $35. None of this taxi service was disclosed at the time of our parking reservation. We will never use them again. No disclosure regards "taxi" service.

My car was parked in a different location. The seat warmers were left on, the radio station was changed, the average miles per gallon was lower, and the seats were in a different location. It appears my car was used while I was away. I attempted to call the hotel and did not receive a call back during the business hours.

Absolutely the worst AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. There is no way you can speak to a person at airportparkings.com. Refunds are not an option. I needed to change my parking because of a family medical emergency and used there website, got no response. Would not matter, they do not do refunds period. This company SUCKS!!!

Terrible! Do not use this company! We booked to self park our car at Payless SeaTac parking. When we arrived no one was there and there was no entrance. A man in an unmarked van told us the lot was full and to just give him our keys. He had NO credentials showing he worked for the company. We chose to not leave our car there. I have tried several times to contact airportparkingreservations.com and the emails do not work. There is no phone number to contact anyone. I need my refund!!!

This company provides no refund for travel changes or shortened stays. Book directly with the service provider.

I have been using park2fly parking, when I travel out of JFK.
I have to say that their staff are very professional and friendly. I have found that management cares for giving the best service to their costumer and are always there to solve any issue that my arise. Making the costumer feel that their car are in good hands.

3-12-2022 morning they were letting cars pile in and had no drivers. A complete s-show. Must have been 50 carloads waiting outside freezing for 30 minutes or longer. If you didn’t have 2+ hours guaranteed you’d miss your flight. Management seemed clueless.

They. post free cancellation but try to contact them. No number just an email that they don't respond to. And after you make a reservation then they tell you "No Refunds" STAY AWAY
