I purchased airwatch pro for my wife and it had a couple of faults with the fitness tracker element of the watch. The build quality was great and looked very well designed, however, i emailed airwatch and they responded very quickly and promised to resolve the issues. I have received further communication today to say they are sending me a new watch free of charge. Thats great service! I look forward to receiving my replacement

Lovely headphones, my son loved them. One of the headphones didn’t work but this was quickly sorted out by their customer service

I bought Smartwatche from this company from February this year,I complained about the watch and I followed their instructions returned the watch to the company for refund with the proof of purchase proof of postage but nothing instead they are played me.Not Good TO BUY FROM THEM AND I WILL SCREEN SHOT ALL OUR CHATS HERE SOON

Customer service was very good. I made a mistake on my shipping address and they were very understanding even though it was completely my fault. Their responses were fast and they made sure I was a happy customer.

Horrific company. Didn't sent the correct product and having read other reviews I was not prepared to pay to send them back abroad. Trying to get my money back via my bank and got a host of threatening emails.

Terrible delivery, terrible service zero resolution. Comes from China so don’t be misled by the “Airwatch UK”.
I strongly suggest reading the other 1* reviews before purchasing
I’m now 15 days in to a 6-10 day delivery and according to tracking parcel has been at China airport for 5 days. No resolution or offer of replacing. Would avoid this company from my experience
