AVOID
Awful, awful company. Placed order and paid. They state orders dispatched within 24 hours. So far they have had the order on their system for 5 days. Still not sent and told it might be dispatched today but no guarantee and no mention of stock problems on the item, so No reason to explain the delay. When running a business this is awful, this was my first order with them and shall also be my last. Thankfully we have other suppliers who are reliable to fall back on.

We are sorry that on this occasion you were not satisfied with the level of customer service provided by A&K hosiery. Unfortunately your payment did not complete for your order.
We can confirm that our customer service team have tried calling you 3 times about this, and emailed you to discuss the matter, but unfortunately your phones have not been answered and we have had no reply to our email.
We are happy to hold your order for another week if you wish to arrange payment.
We hope that you may be persuaded to return to A&K hosiery in the future, as we would like to take the opportunity of improving on your recent experience.
