We need our vans on the road, not in the service department.

We have had an issue with one of 5 new vans we purchased from LDV.
We are now in the 3rd week that LDV Footscray has had the van. Yet, I am still unsure when I will receive my van back.
I have initiated all phone calls to find out when I can expect to have my van returned.
As of today, still not one phone call from LDV and still no van.
If you are thinking of an LDV vehicle, consider very carefully where you purchase it from and where you get it serviced.
Very poor.

Possibly the worst car buying…

Possibly the worst car buying experience i have ever had. Calls to manager were ignored. False delivery dates given. No calls to say that car was delayed and had to call to find out what was happening.

purchased LDV almost 12 months ago and…

purchased LDV almost 12 months ago and was told I would be told when tarps/ bullbars would be available. Have not heard a word.Got a rear tray tarp fitted elsewhere. First service was a disaster..I had to be given a loan car. No phone call to tell me car wouldn't be ready the next day at the time I was to return car as they crashed the computer and I sat there for 3 hours till the computer was rebooted. When a towbar was fitted the rear bumper was not put back on straight and when it was straightened up at first service the sensor plug was not reconnected. Was told would need new brakes at 2nd service. Blamed that on not knowing how the car was driven. Took the car to my mechanic to be told no way needed new brakes, just like new ones. The ute needed the rear brakes and the hand brake needed adjusting, that's all. Not happy at all with mechanics at alan mance but the ute is good

Disappointed with service I received

Would like to bring to your attention . I been given my vehicle just only two times with company to get my van service .
I didn’t received proper service for my vehicle always missed on my things to do when I mentioned . Having trouble with my dashboard system never been fixed .!

I stopped giving my vehicle not anymore with LDV service in Footscray .

Love our T60 Lux

We Love our new T60 lux four wheel drive. Its easy to drive, handel and we feel safe while driving it.
Not to mention the car looks great!

LDV T60 LUX SALES AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I founnd the sales process to be unhurried,informative and professional when considering my LDV T60 LUX ute.
I was also impressed with the Service process, including loan car and the attention provided, even though it is a busy dealership.

There is a noise when you fully turn…

There is a noise when you fully turn right we reported but was not fixed
We where also told our media screen
Is faulty and that a nea screen would be ordered and it should only take between 4-6 weeks
Thanks was about 4 months ago
I have called several and no one has got back to me on when it can be done
