I can honestly say that the Alan Ward store in Winsford is the best furniture in Mid-Cheshire. Staff always helpful & friendly and most importantly keep their promises

Thrilled with bookcase
I bought a bookcase which I am thrilled with. The staff in the Chester store couldn' have been more helpful and not only did they keep in touch with all the necessary information, they were very quick.

We are very happy with our new carpet
We are very happy with our new carpet. However, we had to wait for 5 to 6 weeks for it to be ready plus communication from the store was dreadful. We phoned numerous times for an update on our order and no one ever phoned back.
