This company is the best! If you need help with a troubled sensor or need to rename or add sensors they really are helpful and patient. Such great service at an affordable cost.

I've just switched over to AlarmGrid, after having quite a terrible experience with one of the major alarm companies in the US. (ADT).

I had been with ADT for almost 20 years, and they had stopped supporting a perfectly supported system, in pushing for me to upgrade to one of their touch screen systems. This is where I found AlarmGrid. Everyone I've spoken to, Matt, Gage, Darrell K., Nicholas, has been AMAZING!

Darrell K. assisted me with the activation of my legacy Vista 20P system. We had a couple of snags, as ADT had locked a couple of the configuration items, however Darrell's level of knowledge and expertise, as well as his patience, we activated the system successfully.

I'm really looking forward to working with AlarmGrid, as the experiences I've had with them have been nothing but positive.

The support from Alarm Grid is great. In particular, I've had a couple of recent, outstanding troubleshooting and repair sessions with Darrell K. We utilize Alarm Grid monitoring services at two residences and I highly recommend them!

Long time ADT customer (30+ years) and was skeptical about changing companies, but Alarm Grid made me change my mind. Once i received all LTEM-PV which came quicker then expected i was able to install and with the help of Nicholas Fuller he was able to create the account and answer all my question with setup. Infact Nicholas called me a day earlier then my scheduled appointment for setup and i was able to get everything done a day earlier. Thank you again to everyone for a amazing experience..

We bought a house with an existing First Alert alarm system installed. It worked but we were afraid to make any modifications as it seemed very complicated and closed to DIYers. The installer no longer did residential and all local installers would only offer new systems with monitoring which we didn't want.

We came across Alarm Grid via their videos and were able to modernize it and update some failing sensors ourselves. The support was top notch - we bought components to upgrade and they walked us through all the steps to implement - patient and knowledgeable. I rarely provide ratings unless the service was exceptional and in this case, I'm happy to provide this review.

We had a previous service provider and compared to this now is night and day Kalen D was great since day one of activation, this company is on top of bussiness i was doing a simple test on windows sensors and got a call right away, i am so happy with this switch.

I have purchased several alarm systems for various locations over the years from Alarm Grid. They always give good prices on top brands, have quick shipping and are always there to help with questions. The numerous DIY videos they have put together, which are excellent and easy to understand, are what gave me the nerve to put in the first alarm system myself.
Only once have I had an issue with a piece of equipment that I bought from them. It had been flawlessly in Service for almost a year, and began to register False power outages. I called Alarm Grid, they worked with me to Determine the cause, decided it was a warranty issue and promptly sent me a replacement unit and offered any follow-up help I needed to get it up and running. In a perfect world, all companies would Take care of their customers in this manner. If you haven’t noticed, it’s not a perfect world, but thankfully, we have Alarm Grid, and that’s a start. I Give them my highest recommendation.

He has help me on so many occasions with not only programming issues with my security system but of course all so with any problems I may have had with there Central Station! I trust them with not only mine but my Son's very Life Safety! I would NOT have any issues what so ever highly recommending them and there monitoring company to protect your home or business from any type of alarm! I even refired them for monitoring for my ole place of work.

Our activation appointment with Darrel K. was very efficient. We have had a security system previously but it was not monitored. Darrel very slowly walked us through the entire process being very patient and explaining how and why the testing was done.
I feel very secure having a company like this backing the product we have installed. I highly recommend this company.

Pre-sales support is impressive. All questions answered quickly and thoroughly. The activation process couldn’t have gone more smoothly and was completed in a few minutes. The monthly monitoring fee is reasonable.
