Transparent, accurate, honest training. Do not miss!!

I've just finished the Deal Sourcing Intensive Course. It was amazing. Very informative, I've learned so much. Thank you, Alasdair, great delivery and content.

I had genuine advice and encouragement which has caused me to be more determined to succeed in the journey.

Great call with Alasdair sharing the same ethos and values, not just around property and business but the wider impact we can have by supporting people to develop and improve personally. Great detailed information regarding my intended property strategy, helpful and informative. Will be contacting Alasdair again soon - Steve Mann - LEAD Education

Alasdair is a great guy. Straight talking, to the point and very informative 👍

My husband and I joined the day course in Leeds which was an incredibly worthwhile day's learning and talking to others. It was a smaller group which, for us, made it extremely worthwhile as, not only can you network with others but have direct talks with Alasdair, Tom and Danny to gain direct insight for yourselves and your needs. The whole team were knowledgeable and friendly and Alasdair, as an 'educator' was hugely knowledgeable and easy to understand. We wanted practical information not being told we were going to be millionaires overnight, own a yacht and live in the South of France, which actually we find off putting, but just practical, get down to basics information on setting up and running your property business.
We were so impressed with Alasdair's knowledge and contacts that we both joined the course and are moving forward with educating ourselves and starting our business in 2025 with the background support of the Valiant Education team.
Would highly recommend over any other courses we have seen online for knowledge and value for money if you want to educate yourselves in property.

A day well spent! The quality and content of teaching was superb. I have attended similar seminars (online) with different companies but I must say that Alasdair's teaching was truly a masterclass - methodical, analytical and systematic. Even if you are a novice, you learn a lot to get you started, and if you need more hand holding, you have the option to join his Valiant Academy for an ongoing support, coaching and mentoring for 12 months for around £8-9k. I had already signed up for a similar program with another company, so I did not go for this. I saw a few reviews with 1 star and comments that Alasdair and team were rude. Well, I could say that Tom, Daniel, James whom I met and interacted were quite lovely and made the event experience a memorable one. Alasdair does not sugar-coat things in his teachings and delivery - he tells you how it is and what he thinks matters, from his own personal experience, to ensure your success if you are considering starting or owning a property business. So, I could understand why someone who are not used to a straight talk or answer would consider his reply blunt / rude - it is a matter of perspective. But I can categorically say that he is both knowledgeable and passionate about what he teaches, and there is no hard sale about you buying into his academy. He is clear about the benefits you get from joining his academy, but it is up to you if you want it or not. I did not join the academy but I still learnt a lot from his Property Profits in-person workshop. I would recommend that for anyone considering a passive/active income through property.

Best wishes
Jude

PS. I do not leave a review unless I genuinely believe others may benefit from it.

Excellent value, over 5 hours of focussed business support and guidance. I came away with clear strategies and a comprehensive plan of how to move my business on and grow in 2025. An opportunity not to be missed if you are serious about growing and scaling your business.

I've just completed the Property Sourcing Intensive video modules, (all 81 videos!) and I have to say the content is second to none. I was very impressed with the amount of detail that was covered from the setting up your business to details of viewing to getting paid. Fantastic content!

Thank you!

In-depth Education and Sincere delivery. Invaluable session. Certainly worth more than the stipend paid!
Great company for mentorship as a prospecting property entrepreneur.

I have just completed Property Profits meeting with Alasdair and his team. Genuinely an uplifting and inspiring day. What amazed me the most was customer's centered needs rather then a focus on pure sale pitch. Very approachable and worth all consideration.

I just attended my second Business Mastery session, where you get an intimate opportunity to work directly with the trainers and seek specific advice on your challenges. It was incredibly valuable. I got all the guidance I needed to push my business forward.

Sales and Marketing Masterplan, 3 intense days of insight and actions to enable anyone wanting to start, grow or reorganise their business by implementing the optimum infrastructure. It's tempting to ignore these steps and go full steam ahead with wanting to make as much revenue as possible from the off but both Alasdair and Tom illustrated how much smarter it is to do the hard work at the beginning to make things easier later on. Marketing can be a minefield but at least with the knowledge that has been imparted, I've a lot more confidence in the general direction of travel and what needs to be done. By setting up the famework and systems, I know that I've more chance of succeeding than not. A brilliant 3 days!

I’ve just attended the Sales & Marketing event for the third time, and it keeps on getting better!

Each time I receive so much value, the best tips & tricks on how to see success in marketing & sales, which has allowed my business to just experience it’s 2 best months in sales.

Our business has grown exponentially since working with Valiant and we are looking forward to seeing even more growth!

I was skeptical going into the course but Alasdair and his team were so refreshingly open, honest and passionate about their journeys to success. Utterly inspiring, I have new attainable life goals insight, change begins now.

The 2 day course was very conscise, interesting, easy going, straight to the point and effective. The process was easy to understand. The depth of information given over the last 2 days was excellent. The mindset stuff was mind blowing and provocative.

Would recommend this event to anyone looking to get started in property to secure their future. Alisdair is a personable gentleman. His authenticity comes across very well.

Having followed Alisdair online and also attending his seminars over the years I can attest that he is the real deal. If you follow the unconventional and creative property strategies that he teaches and do not give up despite the often inevitable difficulties and setbacks then you will be successful.

I have just completed the 2 day Property Profits course. There is a lot of stories, inspirational, motivational and mindset content which is useful for those who have not seen it before. Alasdair explains the concepts of different property strategies in enough detail to be able to be aware of them and understand them, but also offers extra courses for those who wish to take it to the next level or need additional support.

Hi Team,

The Course was excellent and very honest and informative in detail that went further to help you get started.
Thank you very much, confidence increased to move forward with my investment journey.
