Lauren was really helpful in assisting me with the design of my girlfriend's engagement ring. From discussing ideas to detailing everything for the designers her service was top drawer. I was able to tweak the design when it came in and also view the stones and pick which I wanted in the ring before it went off for completion. When it finally arrived I was made up with the final product. Best of all...she said yes! Lots of positive comments from all who see it. Highly recommended and the price is unbeatable for what you get!

We brought our wedding rings and my engagement ring from here and we were very pleased with the rings and the service that we received. I needed a replacement engagement ring and so we visited the store in rayleigh and fell in love with one of the rings on display. From then we ordered the ring on their website and was assisted by Kaylea as I wanted some help picking out the perfect wedding band to accompany the ring. She sent me pictures of all of the rings that were similar to what i was describing and also what the rings would look like together as I wanted them to be the same thickness so that they would sit nicely and gave me updates whilst the rings were being made and I am very pleased with them. My husband is also very pleased with his wedding band.

Recently had the pleasure to deal with Alba Rose staff, who were incredibly helpful with my complicated request as I wanted something bespoke for my wife on our 10 year anniversary. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and they came back to me with a CAD design of how my ring would look like. I wanted to adjust a few minor details on the ring as I really wanted the perfect piece for my wife. Alba Rose were very patient with me and they kept me at ease throughout. After a couple of weeks I received my ring and the detail was immaculate to say the least. I presented it to my wife and she was delighted. Thank you Alba Rose staff for your knowledge and patience in something that I thought would be so complicated. I have no hesitation in using them again.

Alba Rose do not deserve any stars as a rating. My husband and I stupidly placed our trust in this company, spending £902 for 2 wedding rings. Mine cost £620 18ct for a custom made ring and my husbands cost £282 9ct for a standard wedding band. When we received our rings on 14th February, mine looked like something out of a Christmas cracker flimsy and did not match the original CAD drawing. (Both CAD drawings also cost £70).
I immediately emailed customer service at Alba Rose to advise I was not happy and requested a ring that matched the mould of my engagement ring. Her response was for me to send my engagement ring to the company so as designers could make a suitable match. When customer service received the rings they accepted full responsibility for the error on behalf of the designer. As requested I sent my engagement ring and was provided with a revised quote for £1,151 for my ring but 9ct not 18ct, when I amended the quote to 18ct the price had over trebbled in price to £1,978. I contacted customer service immediately to request a full refund of £902, plus £70 CAD fee. customer service, a delightful representative tried to help but had no option than to pass the issue to managing director. Managing director advised I could not have a refund and he would return both rings to us, so as we at least had something to wear on our big day on 14th April. I advised managing director I would go via my credit card company that the rings were purchased on for a refund, as my ring was not as described. Or alternatively I would go to a small claims court. I had initially paid £620 for a wedding ring that was not as described and managing directors solution was to offer a revised quote to pay £1,978 over 3 times the price or keep the ring I had. I couldn't even purchase a standard wedding band and be refunded the difference, as managing director was being completely unreasonable. Absolutely appalled I got this response from managing director " wow, sorry to hear you that you no longer wish to resolve this with us through our dispute resolution process. "Without prejudice" Have a great wedding day." This was 5 weeks before our big day, we had been trying to resolve this matter since 19th February. managing director returned our rings, my husband refused to accept delivery of them. I am very happy to advise we got our refund of £902 by going through my credit company, our credit card also paid us our additional charges for CAD fee etc as a gesture of goodwill. We also purchased two beautiful wedding rings from Milton's jeweller's in Liverpool and they matched my ring to my engagement ring with an elegant curved cut out. Our Wedding day was fantastic and best day of our lives.
Immediately following this review last June 2018, my husband and I were issued court proceedings by managing director on the basis that we had wrongfully been provided with a refund by our credit card company. Along with phone calls advising if we removed this honest review he would stop the court proceedings. Eventually the managing director withdrew the court proceedings and again rang my husband to enquire how much our solicitors fees cost. Since then we have had our review removed a 2nd time on the basis we mentioned the managing directors name.

Good service friendly staff manisha was excellent through the whole thing from designing to collecting the rings. shame the Bluewater store closed on Sunday.

Absolutely perfect service. I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee with absolutely no dramas at all, the staff at bluewater were ever so helpful.

Excellent service in the bluewater store, very reasonable prices for jewellery that is made bespoke, and didn’t have to wait too long for the final product to arrive. I will be buying again and I recommend to anyone else looking for custom jewellery.

Surperb service from start to finish, mainly due to Lauren who was professional, friendly and very helpful. The wedding ring was better than expected and very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend Allba Rose.

My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring from Alba Rose in Rayleigh in 2016 and have more recently (last week) purchased our wedding rings from the same store.

We visited on several occasions to try on rings before making the final decision and we were not rushed or forced into a purchase at any stage. Katie served us on all 3 occasions of wedding ring shopping and went out of her way to help us find the right wedding rings and didn’t rush us at all.

Our rings arrived in store last weekend and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished products. Thank you, Alba Rose and thank you Katie!

Really pleased with the latest purchase from this company, my husband finally got around to replacing my engagement ring, three stone diamond ring. the quality of the diamonds are excellent. It was really nice to be able to choose the grade and to have them GIA certified. This company offer excellent service and a very competitive prices. Its a real shame the Norwich branch is now closed as its always nice to talk to someone face to face, hope you are considering re-opening a new one soon, as I want to replace my eternity ring and diamond earrings soon.
The only very small criticism is the lack of information when the ring is in process, perhaps regular updates put on peoples accounts would help.

Very good quality and easy to use website. You can choose every aspect of the ring. It was ready for collection around 3 weeks. Excellent service all round.

Spoke to Debbie in the Norwich branch a few weeks before Christmas as I wanted an eternity ring for my wife. Didn't know what Alba Rose was all about before this - so was really pleased to be able to chose everything : from the style and material of the band, to the cut and colour of the diamonds. Brilliant. Quick turnaround time, lovely presentation and a beautiful ring. My other half even had a little cry so must have been pretty good!!

I visited the Bluewater store once to try on rings they were friendly and helpful. The mould service was excellent for me because none of the branches were local to me and I received a professional and efficient service online. I am very happy with my wedding band. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Fantastic quality ring, and good communication as I went back and forth with widths with this company as it is hard to tell what it will look like. However, their rendors are so life like you get exactly what you expect. Used the ring mould to get a match to my engagement ring and it is an amazing fit. Can’t recommend enough

My fiancée was over the moon with the ring I bought from Alba Rose. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant. Website was easy to use, online chat was incredibly helpful and supportive, and the ring was delivered really quickly, and to a much higher standard than I was honestly expecting. Had to resize the ring slightly, but this was turned around in 3 days from date posted to receiving the resized ring. Would and have been quick to recommend to anyone, and we're already looking at buying wedding bands here too.
